Great place to get waxed. Ive had a few Brazilians, under arms and eyebrows done. I will definitely be returning time and time again. Its always so clean and very inviting. Plus booking an appointment is really easy.

This is THE WORST PLACE EVER! ITS SO A** BACKWARDS I CANT EVEN GET SERVICED 2 WEEKS IN A ROW! UN ACCEPTABLE! I dont understand who is managing this location but its aparent that its a free for all. I have never been so disgusted with the customer service and the lack of care for customers. I wouldnt be surprised if this location shuts down. If you plan on coming to this particular location be ready to be cancled over and over again. I have been a wax member over 10 years and have NEVER BEEN THIS UPSET! Usually, i just moved here and come from San Francisco, love all the Daly City locations and alwasy had the best experiences and thats what kept me going. Im pregnant and jaut would like some pampering for self and it doesnt look like Ill be getting it. I honestly wish i could give zero stars since i have had a zero service!

Yesterday went for my first Brazilian ever plus underarms. Lemmie tell you something the whole day I was nervous cuz you know stories you heard. So i get called in and im like nervous so Yvette starts talking about the process and why waxing was beneficial. I explain to her that i bought a waxing kit to wax at home but my daughter thats 4yrs old would not let me do anything i halfway waxed my under arm. So i lay down and we start with the under arms which didnt hurt as much as i thought it would, now here comes the part that i thought was gonna hurt. Yvette very professionally tells me how to put my legs and she starts talking to me because she could tell i was nervous so we start the conversation as she starts to put the wax on, the wax even though hot felt good like it didnt burn or anything then heres comes the part i was scurrrrred for and boom just like that it DID NOT HURT AT ALLLLL I didnt even get that after effect from wax like the stingy burn feeling. So she shes doing her thing and the whole time she made me feel sooo comfortable. Ladies my womanhood never felt better it shes like helloooo world no hair who this!!!! Came home and my husband had no idea and lemmie tell u something when he found out he was like damn he LOVED it!!!! (Fyi i did this for myself not for him but its a perk)So Yvette thank you for a great experience and to the rest of the staff that was there when i was checking out thank you for being so professional and friendly!!!

This place is amazing, I have been to two other waxing places and this one has been by far the best. They dont charge a rescheduling fee which is amazing and everything is always so nice and clean (yes, even the bathroom!). Katie is the receptionist and she is wonderful, very kind and professional, and I normally go to Chella and she does a great job waxing. Her waxing technique is fast, efficient, and profession. Also, its never awkward either which is awesome. Cannot recommend them enough.

I had Zoe give me a brazilian and she was incredibly knowledgeable, super gentle and made me feel really comfortable. I will definitely be back to see her in four weeks!!

I gave it 3 stars this time, because its only been 2 weeks and Im growing back. Usually I get 6 to 8 weeks. Ive been getting waxed for over 20yrs. So I know. Just sucks that ill be getting waxed sooner than later.

Friendly place! The waxer I had was nice and efficient. I like the method of removing hair. It is easy and painless. The purple wax is the best! Do not use the old fashioned waxing systems. They can burn, blister or scar your skin. I had just that terrible experience at Jimmys Nails. Do not go to that place of business. They do not care! European Wax cares and is very helpful and friendly! I have been going here since the place opened. I strongly recommend this business.

Alicia is the best. Its VERY clean. They use a new stick for every wax application; no double dipping. If you plan on coming often, the price is better if you buy a package. They will try to upsell you on products, but they arent too pushy.

This was the worst place Ive ever been to not only do they use baby power before wax you but She left so much hair she did a terrible job I will never go back. Using baby powder causes cervical cancer.

It hurts for the first time especially the top area but I always get the Brazilian and full bikini every other 5 weeks alternating between the two because of how my hair grows. The underarms wax does not hurt at all i leave feeling like a new born baby.
