I brought my daughter in on a Thursday with terrible stomach pains everytime she tries to eat. We were sent for some tests and I still haven’t got a response from the dr and I’m writing this on a Tuesday. My child is sick and most likely in need of a surgery but I cannot get a response from the office whatsoever. And it looks like I will just have to go to the er. Not to mention she called my preteen female child fat and told her to lay off of the pizza. She doesn’t eat pizza and she is not over weight!! She is in fighting sports and is mostly muscle. The child doesn’t get to decide what they eat that’s up to the parents right? She also questioned why we do not allow her to have certain medications when this dr is the one who decided she is allergic and made the call to not give her this medication. I am absolutely disgusted and cannot believe the treatment we are receiving from these people. Staff and all. I changed doctors. We will never be back.

I gave 2 stars because they are giving the COVID vaccine. However, when we called to confirm the appointment, the receptionist could not be bothered to get the “appointment book” to verify the time. I told her we were driving 2 hours to get there and so wanted to be sure we had the correct information. Her response was to get there early because they lock their doors at 3:30.If this were our pediatrician, we would have to change providers due to this person being incredibly rude. This is the person who speaks to the public. Unacceptable.

Overall best childrens doctors office Ive ever been to dr. Martin does All she can for every child that enters that placeShes one of a kind as well as her staff of nurses and assistants. Gets u in to the point and out.

Staff is constantly going home early. I have attempted several times to go pick up my kid prescription and they go home at 1pm and 2pm on fridays. Hours online say theyre open till 4pm. Also they were closed the whole week of christmas and fall break. No notice given to the patients. We are changing providers

Alexis was Rude and disrespectful … Not very knowledgeable. I was told to bring my 7 year old in for some 4year old shots . Not acceptable.

Youll never find a Better Health Care Provider than Dr.Martin. She is so Kind and Caring with the Children. The Office staff Makes you feel so Welcome, The Environment itself will make you feel like youve Known each of them A Lifetime, The ladies are so Wonderful Getting to know each child Personally.

Awesome group! Dr. Martin is awesome and her staff is the most friendliest staff I have ever seen! I couldn’t imagine not having them to take care of my daughter! Thank y’all so much! Super impressive!

I absolutely love the staff, wonderful set of women!! However, Dr. Martin has a common tendency to not only be late to her own office but hours late!! We got here at 7:50 and are going on 3.5 hours with NO doctor!! The 2 stars are ONLY FOR THE STAFF!!

Dr. Martin is wonderful with my son, she treats him as a person, not a paycheck. He feels safe talking to her, and with the staff. The office is always clean, front desk is super friendly, and the wait is much shorter than other places.

I absolutely love Dr Martin and all of her staff.They are so down to earth,friendly, funny and so fun to be around,but when it comes to medical issues, they cant be beat.hands down the BEST!!!!!! THEIR MORE LIKE FAMILY TO ME ,MY DAUGHTERS AND GRANDCHILDREN.I WOULD NEVER USE ANYONE EALSE!!!!LOVE YOU DR.MARTIN LOVE ALL OF YOUR STAFF!!!

I will not ever take my kids back to Dr. Martin she is Awful! My son was having bad problems with anxiety and thought his food was poison. I talked with her about it privately and then she comes in the room and tells my son food is poison! So no i do not recommend her. Now her staff at the front desk is awesome! So glad I got my kids away from her.

Best pediatrician around ... Been going to her for the last 19 years and the staff so friendly not sure how they always remember every child name life , etc but they do . They really care.

I love her and her staff,she was my doctor and then became my childrens doctor.

I was very displeased with my experience at this doctors office. Although everyone seemed nice the doctor in my opinion was very odd. My son has been puking at night when he lays down still not sure as to why because I didnt get a good responce. He has no symptoms of a cold no runny nose and no congestion. He is not running a fever and is fine though out the day and its just at night. She came in and didnt ask me any questions then proceeded to tell me that maybe it was because he had a dream about puking which everytime he has puked he was awake. I laughed in disbelief as if she was making a joke but she said well have you ever had a dream you were peeing... then said well I will write him a prescription for aallergy meds and nausea. I asked what was wrong with him and she said common cold. I said well could it also be that he is having some problems with reflux this was also while she was talking over me. I was trying to describe what was happening and she caught the tale end of what I was trying to get her see and that was that he would only throw up when he laid down. She then left the room i was told i could leave she apparently rewrote the prescription and I found out what he had when I went to pick it up. The place was also filthy, dust all over the walls, small rooms and nothing seemed clean. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY GO HERE!!!

Staff was very rude over the phone and kept hanging up on me, it took me more then five called to get an appointment set up! Definitely going to try to change doctors for my kids!
