It took be 3.5 hours to get what suppose to be an MRI, simple one to last 30 min.,on my lower back. I complete it, they then inform me that they now need to do contrast. It took 2 nurses, 5 stabs to finally get the IV. (I get blood drawn very often, so it wasnt me). I then wait to get what they say will only be 10 min more of the MRI and its actually 20. Heres the kicker, I wait 2 weeks for the reading at my Dr., they never received the results from Tyler!! Now i have to wait LONGER, with pain for them to track down why and where they are!!!

My family loves the Tyler Center. Everyone is always nice and helpful. It is very clean and maintained well. We have never had any problems at all.
