The absolute WORST dentist i’ve ever had an experience with In my whole 22 years of life. they’re hateful, and very rough. they wouldn’t even let me take my child to the back room with me in her car seat. they made her sit at the front desk and cry. asked them specifically not to touch certain teeth that were very painful and they did it anyways and made my gums bleed while I was there and for almost an hour after I left as well. will NOT be going back and do not recommend anyone going

Worse quality of service in the history of all medical practices of both past, present, and future medical and professionalism discoveries of mankind.I have never seen such a circus of people in all my living life offering care. I can give detail for detail of my experience but that would take too long. What I will say here is if you don’t want to die at the hands of unprofessionalism, lack of quality care, and attentiveness, run for your life and choose somewhere else to go!!! This place does not care about your health, privacy( HIPAA violations) or the type of care they are offering by making changes to the level of quality offered. Nothing is organized, corrected, or consistent. This place should be shut down permanently with no discussions.

Nothing like waiting over an hour to see a doctor (with an appointment) for two minutes.... I was the only patient waiting for him for 55 minutes of that time.

I had X-rays and blood work done was told they would call me Thursday didn’t happen. I called this morning several times. Was told I would have to wait until Jan to find out. So I said me and appt joke was on me bc dr.mcveigh wouldn’t be around in Jan. So I asked for my results. Joke was on me again she hasn’t even looked at them. Can’t have my results until she reviews them and signs off on them. Even though said told me my spine is bowing to the right. I’m in pain all time

Very nice place with friendly professional people. Waiting time with a appointment is only a few minutes. I used to wait at C.A.R.E.S for at least three hours with a appointment or not just see a grouchy a**hole of a doctor that wont listen or even make eye contact with you for the two minutes he sees you. This doesnt happen here! Dr. Smith is very nice & knows what hes doing.

Ive been going to Anniston QoL Dental for four years. They always treat me well and take great pains not to cause me pain. They provide inexpensive, quality care for those that could not otherwise afford it.

This place is a waste of time and money.I was barely examined by Dr. Thomas. She prescribed the wrong antibiotics for the MRSA infection I had, and a liver failure dose of ibuprofen. The pharmacist tried calling the doctor to see if the amount of ibuprofen was accurate, and couldnt get the doctor on the phone. They even told her they close at noon, yet I had a 3 o clock appointment.My mother took me to Cares two days later and had the abscess in my armpit drained. The nurse practitioner there explained it should have been lanced before it got that bad, and that the antibiotics Dr. Thomas prescribed wouldnt treat that type of infection.Your best bet for good care is to ask a friend or family member for help, and have them take you anywhere but here.

I read the reviews and was kind of put off. I ask a friend of mine if she heard anything about AQHC and she informed me alot of her family and friends use them and said they were all happy going there. I just moved here to care for my mom so I dont have insurance and caring for her is full-time. I think this place was absolutely awesome. Yes they were a little slow but they also were very thorough. I do rely on reviews but some of these reviews are a little picky I think. When you dont have insurance, it could be worse. I just want to thank the ladies at AQHC and Dr. Omerauh.

This place is a joke.. No one calls you about your referrals, they dont even call you about your xrays. So if youre to get any tests done better ask them, they will not give you any info. Im still waiting on my referral to a pain specialist and its been over 3 weeks ivI heard nothing.

They lie. Dont believe what they tell you you have to pay based on income. They told me I had to pay $25 because I have no insurance and I fall below the poverty level of income. When they wanted to take my blood, I asked how much that would cost and they said it was included in the $25. Two weeks later I got a bill for nearly $300. Thats close to a full week of pay for me... They tell you what you want to hear until you get in there... You might as well go where you can get better quality care because they will charge you for it anyway.

THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MY WORST ENEMY TO THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE BOTCHED AND THE DENTIST IS NOT PROPERLY TRAINED OR SOMETHING BECAUSE SHE WAS AWFUL TO MY MOTHER PULLED 6 TEETH AND GAVE HER NOTHING FOR PAIN AND MADE HER SCREAM SO LOUD WE HEARD IT IN THE LOBBY. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Friendly employees, Dr. Connor is awesome very nice and professional. Very helpful and cares for her patients.

They dont care to actually treat the patients. I have sat waiting hours for appointments, which would be fine if I actually was treated. However, each time a get back to the exam room the physicians barely listen to your concerns. I am fairly sure this clinic is in operation just to get funding and doesnt care to spend any of it on the patients. They wont run tests and just tell you that you have nothing to worry about. I am actually a medical student, so it isnt like I am ignorant but they sure treat me that way. It is a shame that they are not doing the service that they are actually there for. The uninsured in Anniston have no true access to medical care.

Over a period of one year they have mishandled literally everything related to my care, one such item cost me $330.00 out of pocket. Numerous follow ups were met with deaf ears. Thats just one example. I have about a dozen more. If this is quality healthcare I would not want to see poor quality healthcare. Good luck.

Went there when the Dr. Ive been seeing was unconcerned with my health problems. Saw Dr. Connor and was pleasantly surprised when she was very concerned about my continuing worsening symptoms and gave me the antibiotics I needed to treat the cellulitis in both my legs. I did not have to wait long before seeing the Dr., the Dr. Herself was personable and seemed to have a much better grasp of medicine than my previous Dr. She seemed to be a very good diagnostic technician and was very thorough in her examination and her explanation to me of what was happening in my body. The staff were pleasant and efficient. Altogether I was very pleased with this clinic and my visit there. I highly recommend Dr. Connor and Anniston Quality of Life for not only poor patients but for anyone who needs good quality healthcare in a pleasant and friendly environment.

Good health and dental care for people that cant afford high priced insurance. What you pay is based on your income and makes good care affordable for everyone.

I have been here since 2:30 and it is now 3:54 and I still have not seen the Dr. This place would not be so bad if the wait was not so dang long!

I came in for a referral from Dr. Thomas, paid a $25 copay and its been 3 wks and no one has contacted me with any referrals. When I called to see what was going on they had a new excuse each time. I will not be going back!

This is listed many places under free dental care, however its far from free.. even though Im disabled and very low income the charge requested was $45 for exam and $45 per visit afterwards.. No possible way to afford to get 4 teeth removed!Now my wife is trying to get care .. she had to do her own diagnosis ..the doctor (you know who) didnt even go over her blood work with my wife.. she just says come back in a month.. costing another $25 (the bottom of their sliding scale).. Its almost impossible to get things done here.. the staff is either on sick leave, at lunch most of the day or in hiding.. we are trying to find another doctor now since my wife is anxious to start treatment..

My experience here has been absolutely horrible Ive been sitting back here waiting for literally a hour and a half and I still havent seen anyone , no one has came back her to check on me or even see if I was still back here I honestly think they forgot I was back here I even asked and no one has yet to come Im irritated and ready to go

Got my 2nd pair of glasses there. I can see very good with them,they did the complete eye exam and got my glasses all for $120 (great price) .

For affordable non insured health care insurance cant complain but, long waits are in your future here.

They dont answer the Damn phone.

People working here are rude and say what ever they want to you. They take their time calling you to the back for your service. Most of the time they are talking and laughing with each others. Sad.
