The doctor is terrible want call when phone appointment set up. They hang up on you when calling back.

Both are very slow at getting you testing that needs done. Medical equipment that you need. Etc. But both doctors are very nice. They do need more front desk staffing as well.

I been a patient for years, terrible service. I need a phone appointment no one will answer the phone going on two weeks my messages are ignored need refills on my diabetic meds.i do not recommend this Dr. Never had this much trouble before.

Horrible! It can take a year to get and MRI.The office staff are rude. No one works to get you the referrals you need. I have had to google it myself. Asking questions...no one knows any answers. There is NO office manager and it shows in the staff. They are just rude.

Dr. Mckitty is great!!! My husband and I both see her. Weve had some medical problems and she had worked with us figuring out what is wrong. I just love her. She actually cares about you. Makes a big difference when your doctor cares whats going on.

I can not get any help or information about what is going on with my daughter. She has been having problems with stomach pain and digestive disorders. She goes to this doctor and for months and the pain is now incessant, never leaves but the doctor does referr to a specialist. I dont want it to be too late before she gets help. She Has tried to set up an appointment with doctors but they want an referral.
