Dr. Chalk and his staff are wonderful. Dr. Chalk is the best doctor - always gives you as much of his time as you need. He is a great doctor.

Very friendly and professional staff and atmosphere. Has great bedside manners and actually listens to what you have to say and tries to figure out a solution to it.

Dr. Chalk is a good, down to earth doctor who will listen and provide common sense solutions to your medical problem.

Rude staff. Never have I met nurses with such bad attitudes. Dr. Chalk is great makes you feel like your his only client but his nurses need to go.

Rude staff and rude nurse . Refuses to provide compassion over phone and in office . Check in and out staff nice & polite. Lab polite & never does he feel like cow being prodded. Why does a patient sign a wife or family member may be involved and share in care when it does no good at all. Very concerned about communication

Very, very long wait time - however, when in the room, the doctor did not act rushed and spent plenty of time with you. Happy about this - just didnt like leaving the office at 7:30 pm!
