Dr. Crawford is an excellent physician. She takes her time and does a thorough exam. She nailed my autoimmune issues with bloodwork after a very thorough exam. We are very fortunate to have her in our area!!

What a blessing Dr. Monica Crawford is. Had a exam for my arthritis which started with questions about my medical history which resulted in Dr. Crawford dealing with my complete body. I left her office with information helpful in my arthritis and other concerns. I am looking forward to my follow up visit.

I dont understand the negative reviews at all, today was my first visit, staff was friendly and so was Dr. Crawford, she was very thorough and made me feel comfortable. The wait time was 2 hours but honestly what do you expect with a specialist, she didnt rush my exam so I feel like the extra wait time is worth the extra time she spent with me.

Our first appointment was at 8:00 am and she finally saw us after 10:45. Took several patients back that came in after us. We attributed it to being new and gave them another chance. We went for the follow up today with a 2:15 appointment. We arrived on time and there were 3 people waiting, one of whom had a 2.30 appt. An hour later I asked if I had the wrong time because we were still waiting along with the 2:30 guy. Receptionist said no, there were 2 ahead of us. At almost 4:00 they called the other man back. I said to her our appointment was before his and was told they see people in the order they arrive!!!!! So why make appointments?! The Dr was sitting there transcribing notes for a patient, not seeing the patients that were waiting!! She, Dr Crawford said with only 2 specialists in a 60 mile radius they were very busy! If you’re that busy see your patients and do paperwork later!!! Also if you close at 4 and make the last appointment at 2:30..... you already plan on making them wait!!! Rude and uncaring staff. Very disappointed. My husband is still in pain and undiagnosed. Now we have to find another Dr and start all over. They have NEVER answered the phone when we called to set appointments. They call back days later. They work for the patient/customer but don’t treat them with respect. Find any other Dr!!!!

I have never experienced such an unprofessional doctor and office staff. I was so disappointed as I had been referred by my PCP. I really wanted to stay local but now it seems I will need to drive to a real professional in Birmingham. Do not waster your time.

I have used Dr. Crawford for many years. I respect and follow her medical advice. She is a very knowledgeable and conscientious Dr. I am very lucky and proud to have Dr. Monica Crawford be a part of my health team.

Do not waste your time here. I was sent by my infectious disease doctor. The first time I waited 3 hours and she told me to do water therapy. The second time I waited 3 hours and they never saw me. (This was just for results) The third time I came in (for results again) and I told her the meds that were called in were $689. I told her the pharmacy called and faxed requesting an alternative medicine and they never got a response. She just rolled her eyes. She also stated I had arthristis and she would send me in more meds and do physical therapy. She asked why I did not call and I told her I called multiple times with no response. The pharmacy did the same thing. She told me to text the receptionist and I told her I did not know what number and she asked about the portal and I told her I was never given info on the portal. She said her receptionist does not answer the phone during office hours so pretty much it is clear they do not care about their patients. This place is the most unproffessional office I have ever been to. All they wanted was money for an office visit. Save your money and do NOT go here. I will be going to Birmingham where I was initially referred.

Dr Crawford is an excellent Doctor. I love herI would use her before I would go to Birmingham or Gadsden.

She diagnosed me with Sjojerns Syndrome, RA, Lupus in December. She sent me for blood work the first time, had to call them for result. Then after a second visit was sent for a MRI and blood work again. Then received a call from her worker stating they were sending me to a neurologist in Gadsden. I went with the MRI and this doctor asked me if she had done a nerve study on me I stated no, he said I had spinal stenosis which would not caused paralysis, but the person called from her office stated if I did not go I would be paralyzed. I was told she was going to call me in medication to my pharmacy and never did call several times back to their office and stated they would but never did. I will never return back to her in my opinion she is not consistent with her patients
