I have been coming here since I was a child and always had an amazing experience with Dr. Svenson up until the last year. The front office is very rude and will not give you there names nor allow you to speak with anyone regarding any issues. I have sent patients up to this office and they have told me how they will not go there due to the rudeness from all of the front office. I myself work in a related field as a front office manager and I was mortified in the manner of which I was talked to and treated by the employees. I have made an appointment just to speak with the doctor regarding these issues.

Recently took my children here for the first time. We were very pleased with the staff and Dr. Ellis.

Great place to go for vision care. Very thorough and take their time with you. I see Dr Ellis and my aunts see Dr Svenson. Both wonderful with patient care. Staff is professional and kind. Love them all. Have been a client for 3 years. For glasses and contacts.

Staff very friendly. Dr. Svensen is great. He truly cares about his patients.

Dr. Ellis is very nice and takes the time to explain your vision changes and any tests they conduct.

Im from out of state n needed an exam an contacts. They honored my insurance and I had my exam with new contacts in less then a week. Very friendly staff with the mewest of equipment and.doctors with over 30 years of experience. Not ur Wal-Mart ! So much better! !!

It took a lot longer to get my glasses then originally stated and even longer to get them fixed when the lens came it was found that the lenses where not correct. Perhaps the problem lays with the size of the staff compared to the amount of doctors. Expect a longer then anticipated or quoted wait time for your new glasses.

Every time I go here to get some new safety glass they give me the run around.
