Fast (we’re talking doctor office fast and NOT real life fast) and the customer service was AWESOME! The doctor actually listened. Then, he summarized what I said that my symptoms were and then explain his diagnosis and prescription in terms that I understood.

By Norm for Vicky on Aug 12th, 2014We were CONVINCED that Vicky had the tummy flu. So convinced that we could have convinced a lesser doc of it. Everything was in place for it to be just a nasty tummy virus. Im also convinced that many a doctor would have sent her home with a bottle of Mylanta as what it turned out to be is a tricky diagnosis. However, Proctor persisted and came back with a diagnosis of a perforated appendix...which turned out to be the case when she was operated on just a few hours later. Well, actually by that time it had burst. We were flabbergasted by the whole thing. An appendix was the LAST thing on our minds. That kind of stuff happens to other people. Jeez! So, this is one time that it can be said definitively that had Proctor paid attention to our justifiably logical theories I wouldnt be here telling you that Vicky is progressing well on the road to recovery. She would, in fact most probably be dead. There is no way we can ever thank this man enough. All we can say is thanks for saving Vickys life. Thanks to the whole staff at RMC, who were on their A game late on a Friday night.
