Dr Rana would not listen to my complaints about my health. He misdiagnosed me. I have thyroid cancer and because he would not listen to my symptoms, it spread. My thyroid, part of my trachea and my voice box has been removed. Now I’m facing radiation treatments. His staff was never friendly. Messages I left on voice mail were never answered. I tried many times to get a new doctor, but none were taking Medicare. I should have tried harder.

Dr.Rana is a great doctor and Morgan Lambert his CRNP is also amazing! But I do agree with others about his staff. I was last seen Oct. 11th and I had to go up there today to finally get a follow up appointment because his New girls at desk didnt make me one, and also my routine bloodwork that is always covered by my insurance is magically not covered now and I have called 3 times and they have still not fixed the code and now I am receiving bills from Labcorp for $400 and collections letters because of it. He needs some serious help in that office or he will lose patients because of it.

Great Dr. However the FRONT desk ladies are friendly.

Great doctor(((LOVE HIM))HOWEVER you have to wait forever do not some of his staff. They are very RUDE!!!

Testing is not fun but friendly staff is helpful
