Dr. Ismail has been my primary care physician for many years and has taken care of me in the office and in the hospital many times. He was also my fathers and grandfathers physician for many years and took very good care of them. He is the only Dr. that has ever called to check on me and my dad. He is also the only not Dr. I have ever had that gave me his cell# to call if need be. I love his nurses and staff. I dont know what I will do when he retires because he is one of a kind. I love him and pray he is able to be my Dr. for many more years.

My husband and I both love Dr Ismail! He is so. Caring and takes time to listen to why we are there and asks a lot of questions. Doesn’t hesitate to refer you to a specialist if he feels you need to see one or if you ask to see one. He has even called us at home, evenings and weekends to see how we are doing! Wouldn’t want anyone else for our PCP!

Dr. Ismail is the Best Dr. there is, helpful, courteous, very smart, professional and down to earth!!! We are so blessed to have him for our Dr. he treats everyone like family. The same goes for his staff!!!!I can’t say enough good things about it!!!!!!!!!

This whole practice seems very off to me. They wouldnt accept my mother as a new patient because she has been on paid meds prior. The receptionist stated that They all ask for pain meds eventually! First off my mother is 55 years old and has several back problems along with deteriorating bones. I even told her we were just looking for a primary dr and that he didnt have to treat her for her pain, but she could be referred elsewhere for that! I dont understand why people just assume things when you have never seen the patient before. My mother has blood clots and its very important that she gets her INR checked every week and cant even do that because she has no primary.
