I have been a patient here since 2019 and I have always liked the doctors. However the staff are absolutely horrible! I have never in my life had so many issues getting my refills or even getting a person on the phone! Called this am to hopefully get an appointment due to issues with my mouth and was set up with a phone appointment at 3:30 that call never came! I tried to call at 4:30 and their answering service answered and said they had closed early today. So not only do have to wait even longer to be able to eat anything but I also have to wait for refills as well. Not the way to run a practice!

He Is A Very Sensational Doctor Very Caring BUT……His Office Staff is VERY RUDE!!!…I Have Yet To Meet A Person On His Staff That Was Nice Or Even 1% Kind

This office is very unprofessional and unorganized. I was hung up on and when I called back no one would answer the phone. I used a text app number and called and the receptionist picked right up. I would NOT recommend due to to rude office staff. Dr. McKinney was very nice and sweet on our tele visit.

I was put in the hospital and he came and checked on me and talked with me and continued to check on me each day. He is a good doctor. I have not had Any problems with him.

Very good doctor. He has always done right by me. The only complaint I have is the wait time. Its an all day visit.

I love Dr.,Sesay. He has been so good to me. He spends time explainung things and has a good relationship with the nurses. Him and Dr McKitty have always done what ever they need to in order to keep my health on track. He works very well with all the specialist that I see as well. I believe he is very thorough.

He is a very good doctor and he listens to to his patient and take the time to explain their problem

This is the worst doctor I have ever dealt with. Rude as hell. He is a arrogant man that will not let you speak and turns his back on you knowing you cant understand his words. He will leave you waiting for over 24 hours before you see him again. Milking insurance companies.

Very, very, disappointed, we came in er at 2am with blood clots in both lungs. Didnt see him until 10 pm. that night, the next time we seen him was a day and a half later., So very nicely we fired him and we got another one. So if you come in RMC with critical problems, he is not for you.

He is an awful doctor. He will milk your insurance if you let him.

Rude man! Very argumentative and no bedside manner at all. Find anybody else to see you.
