This is the most unorganized office that I have ever had to deal with and Im a nurse so I have dealt with many. After trying to get them to schedule my appointment for over 3 mths ( they either never called back or misplaced my referral THREE TIMES) I go in for my appointment that has been scheduled for 5 wks to find they move my appointment & the Dr wasnt even in. They asked if I got a card in the mail... who doesnt call to reschedule appointments? So,it is very obvious these people dont know how do do their job with this many mess ups. If you are looking for a good Dr, Dr Kline is great.

Dr Billings is best urologist in town! I would recommend you to see him!

He was on call and called me back and was very rude! I think when your on call your their to take care of patients not ask them why they are calling them after hours!! I had surgery and guess my well being is not worth bothering this Dr. What Dr does that. Not very professional!! 👎👎

Ive been going here since I was a wee little girl and every time I get respect and they are quick to get me back and in a room for the doctor. They make talking about excretory systems less embarrassing. I recommend 100%.

Dr.Billings is an amazing doctor I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. Some of his staff needs to learn how to be professional and not so rude.

Staff is rude every time I call they dont even let me finish and say our office is in lunch call back at 12:45 and hang up. why answer if everyone is in lunch and in such a rude manner?

Dr. Billings, Did Bladder Surgery on me I was completely satisfied with him ,his staff , and procedures he done ! I could not have asked for any better & would highly recommend
