Technician was wonderful. Kind and knowledgeable, explained everything every step of the way. Personable which helped ease any worries. Room set-up well, nice clean bathroom. Only complaint was the mattress. Much too firm for me, back and shoulder hurt.

Update: I have requested an official receipt several times with no response. A star will be lost each week I dont hear back.Appointment went very smoothly. Mohamed took the time to explain the process and what to expect. He was very personable and I felt at ease. He was also very attentive when I required assistance. Unfortunately, some elements of the room were not conducive to a great sleep; though they can be easily solved. Id recommend bringing a pair of earplugs as the ventilation system was a bit noisy and bring a bottle of water since the air was very dry.

My experience was quite positive. Technicians were thoughtful and caring, They answered all my questions. Staff was responsive and professional. When i needed to change times, they were very flexible.

Low budget, low quality operation. Probably the worst medical experience that I have ever experienced. More worried about getting paid than the quality of the customer experience. If the office is any indication of the quality of the medical test then this company is in business purely for profit.

The staff are easily confused.... speak slowly. I spoke to 3 people to confirm they received my fax. I still dont have an answer. Ill be scheduling my study elsewhere because they also dont like to answer the phone. When was the last time you had to leave a voicemail for a doctor/office?

If I had it to do all over again I would avoid this company like the plague. They have the worst billing department I have ever experienced. I guess I owed them some money after my insurance paid them. So rather than send a bill like any other reputable company they decide to send my wife a vague email requesting payment with no dollar amount specified. My wife just trashed the email, and then 2 months later I get a letter from an attorney demanding payment. I called the attorney and let her know that I would be happy to pay if they sent me a bill. I got a bill the next week and looks like something straight off 1970’s type writer. Mis-spelled words and lack of detail. I sent them a check when I got the bill and the very next day I got a summons to appear in court.I happy to pay any amount I owe if you send me a proper bill. This company is totally out of whack. My advice is to steer clear of them.
