Was looking for a local eye doctor when moving to the area and these guys are just that. Had Timothy Corbin for my exam and he provided great service!

After reading several negative reviews I decided to try these folks based on the other positive ones. It is my belief that there are 2 sides to every experience. From the time I made my appointment to time I left I was treated with respect. Dr Songwe was pleasant and explained all phases of the exam. I had a lot of help picking out glasses with Tina and Rick was very knowledgeable on lenses. I purchased 3 pair all are perfect and feel great. I will definitely go back and my spouse has also scheduled to see the doctor this week.Read past the negative as I found there is always positive.

Eyes on Main!I’ve been a customer for a few years now. When you enter, the staff immediately acknowledges you and tells you they will be right with you if there with another customer. I have purchased over 10+ pairs of glasses from them. I know people may read this and say that’s excessive, but these are my eyes and I want the best for them! The store has a chill and laid-back vibe unlike other eyeglass stores Ive visited.There are plenty of trendy, stylish frames for men and women at affordable prices. If you’re into fashion like I am then you must check this place out. Why not where stylist frames as some of us wear stylist clothes and shoes.One of the coolest things in the store is the camera monitor. You basically wear any of the frames in the store and take a pic of yourself. The monitor will show you with the frames in 4 different angles. I thought that was pretty awesome and one of the highlights of my visits. I have become a walking build board for them, no matter where I am someone always stop me and ask where did you buy your frames. So I highly recommend going to Eyes on Main in Annapolis Maryland!Satisfied Customer for life!!!!!!!

Great service, very attentive staff. Stuck to my budget and helped me pick out a great pair of glasses. Knew exactly which ones would flatter me and was patient as I decided on a pair. Excited to pick them up!

Stay away from this place! The optometrist from this place is very unprofessional, they are unable to figure out my correct contact lens prescription. I went back several times for contact lens fitting, none of them works, and the owner Rick charges me $45 dollars for each contact lens fitting appointment on top of the cost for prescription. The owner Rick is not an honest person, and he hides ridiculous potential cost from customers until after you make the initial payment. I have several college classmates who had similar bad experiences, and one of them even got threatened by the owner after leaving an negative comment.I end up going to an optometrist from the mall and I am pretty happy with their service and prescription.

This place is Fantasmic! Super friendly staff who helped me a great set of glasses that apparently brings out my eyes (I am a guy who didnt know this was possible), very nice optometrist who is really concerned about your eye health and vision, AND a real down to earth owner who really helped me get the most out of my insurance/best bang for my buck. Definitely will be returning.

When I first visited this store I thought I had found a great place. They were friendly and it had a small town feel to it. I went in for an eye exam because I needed a glasses prescription, and I was very clear that I did not need any contacts. The optometrist did the eye exam as well as a contact fitting which my insurance didn’t cover so I had to pay for it. I was unhappy about this but I figured I might as well get a prescription in case my contacts ripped or fell out. They would not give me my contact prescription until I had the trial pair in for a week. So I made another appointment a week later. In the mean time, since I’m a teacher, one of my students gave me pink eye and I had to discard the trial pair. I went back in and told them about this, and Rick was not happy. I told him that I had another six months of contacts and when those run out then I would come back in for my contact prescription. He said if that’s what I wanted to do that was fine. Six months later I called him back and he denied ever saying that to me, denied me my contact prescription, and denied me another trial pair of contacts. So now I have to wait, with no contacts, until my insurance will cover another eye exam…which is another eight months.

Amazing experience!!! They were so patient and helped me pick out my new glasses since I was by myself! I was stressed having to pick them out without a friend to help but they made sure I tried all my options and was happy with my decision!!

Go here!!! I have been going back for a few years now because they are the best, and friendliest.My recent contact shipment was lost by the delivery service used, but they made sure that I got replacements and got them fast. Highly recommend!!

Avoid especially with Groupon. Over priced frames that break after a few months wear. I picked out the two pair option from Groupon and when I went in they only gave me the one pair option as well without discussing why they werent letting me pick two pairs. Essentially I paid more for the two pair Groupon option and did not get my moneys worth. Also while looking over my information from my visit, they didnt even bother to spell my name right.Edit to the reply- I wasnt aware of a warranty, I apologize for that part but when I came into the office, the receptionist was going over the paper they have you sign to explain the charges and of the two Groupon options, even though the certificate purchased said two pairs, she did not ask if I was going to be selecting two pairs, she went ahead and circled the option for the one pair Groupon. She did not explain her reasoning for this. I could have spoken up over it but I did not want to bother if they didnt want to sell me two pairs. They lost out on a sale of an extra $300+, that doesnt make any sense.

I went to Eyes on Main. Had my eyes tested and returned the next day to collect something and the same person who I had seen did not know me even though I bought 3 pairs of glasses from him the day before. They are very expensive. The doctor though was nice. I think if you want to maintain a relationship customer service is imperative.

Prepare to be charged exorbitant pricing for any decent looking frame. The optician was nice enough but I didnt appreciate her wiping her nose with her hand during my eye exam. When my wife had a price objection she was browbeaten by the owner or manager, whatever he is. I am sure hell post some defensive line or two after reading this. He always has to be right. I have a very low opinion of this business, they do not value customers, look elsewhere.

Have been going for many many years...... have had positive experiences in the past, Sara is great, but after the unprofessional and rude treatment today by the owner Rick, I will NEVER Ever go back. I am still shaking over the way I was treated, for an inferior product, the lack of resolution over said product, but mostly for the absolute hostility and offensive treatment I experienced by the owner, who literally followed me out to the street. Disgraceful display of behavior.After the owners rebuttal to my review I would like to state the following besides the fact that he is at this point, not only a bully but a liar. The owner, rick, is the one with the conflict of interest here, he is the one with something to gain by shedding a more favorable light on the customer experience in his store. Not I. In fact despite being offered an additional $700 pair of glasses- I would rather decline his offer than step foot in there again. Furthermore, I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and while there found a complaint by another customer whos experience mirrors my own. Clearly the business, and its owner would like to portray this as something else, but Im willing to walk away from the $700 payout he now suggests and tell the truth, rather than pretend he was professional in any way. Shame on you. Again, buyer beware- lots of other choices for your eyewear than placing yourself in a position like I found myself in. Run.

Well I bought a Groupon because of the great reviews on Groupons website. Dr. Songwe was very patient with me and discussed all the options for my new contact lenses. In addition I purchased a new pair of glasses with lenses. Sara was very helpful in making sure I looked great and even helped further by using a camera device to compare styles. The value of my Groupon was $200.00 plus I got a FREE eye exam! Although I did not get the glasses free (which logically I did not expect) the value was there with the quality and selection.I highly recommend Eyes on Main for their services.

WOW! What an amazing experience , just got an eye exam with a Groupon offer and these guys were GREAT! Good selection and I got my glasses in 1 hour. Used to buy online el Cheepo glasses but that was a complete waste of my hard earned money. Sara was great picked out some awesome specs for me and I saved $400.00!!!!! . So stay away from online...dont waste your cash!

Horrible overall experience with Groupon deal here. Prices are high and seem fluid if you have a Groupon and seem not to be transparent. Hard sell. I wanted to use an existing frame but she suggested they were not good enough for the cost of new lenses, and repeatedly reminded me that if I did not purchase anything there was a $90 surcharge for the eye exam. It looked like progressive lens for existing frame would come in at over 400 even with Groupon. When I told them I was uncomfortable about lack of clarity with pricing the owner became very angry and hostile. Methinks he doth protest too much when called out on pricing. I appear to not be the only person reporting hostility in their review. A pattern? Went up to Peepers in Severna Park, and what a huge contrast. Their best quality progressives lens with transition option added in was significantly LESS than the basic price for progressives at Eyes On Main, with excellent and respectful service.

Pricey ... but love my glasses, and better yet everyone else does! I have had them for a year and have not yet had to have them tightened!!!!

Way too Pricy, Lens start at around 200 and most frames were also above 200. I just bought myself a pair online for 80 lens included :/ . Also eye exams were expensive, lens crafter does them for cheaper and way more available.

Extremely over priced. If you are a college student with limited budgets, look somewhere else. Employees seemed impatient when I asked for frames under $200.

Walked in and was brushed off by another customer who had walked in 5 minutes after I did....very rude. Go elsewhere...this place is too expensive anyway.
