My husband just basically had his pocket picked from this outfit. They said they needed more x-rays to get a good look at the tooth. When he was checking out she said “oops, I forgot to tell you your insurance won’t pay for those x-rays so that will be $150. That’s not a problem right?” 😡 I’m sorry to say he paid them. We have excellent dental insurance and don’t usually have ANY out of pocket so that wasn’t the issue. Never going back!

Dr. Lentz is an amazing dentist. He is so kind, patient and informative. He is very professional and even called me later in the day to ask how I was after my root canal. I was very impressed. Highly recommend.

My dentist gave me a referral to get a root canal but that Endodontics was out of town so I researched and found Dr. Berman’s office which was the best experience ever from the time I checked in until I left. He knew I was extremely nervous he and his assistant made feel at ease. I felt nothing at all he made sure I was completely numbed before he started doing any work to my tooth. I am definitely a baby when it comes to having any type of dental work. I recommend anyone to go see Dr. Berman if you need a root canal.

I will never be returning to this place and I will also be passing on my experience to everyone else I started out at my regular dentist I got x-rays to see if I needed to have a tooth pulled or a root canal my dentist recommended it definitely be saved because you want to keep your teeth, I went to Dr. Berman‘s office just to double check that it can be saved he laid me down looked at my tooth for a total of one minute and told me that it was not savable, not to mention i was pushed out of the building so quickly i started to cry right there because i didn’t know what i did wrong. the next day I went elsewhere and had a COMPLETELY different experience. This isn’t the first time I’ve heard about this office but I had never experienced it myself.

Dr. Lentz was great, he gave me my first root canal and it was much easier than I expected. He was thoughtful about encouraging me to proceed with it the same day instead of wait because I was scared. It was cold in there though.

Thank you Dr. Berman and your staff for making What could’ve been an unpleasant experience. You and your staff are friendly welcoming and very professional. You and your assistant performed like a finally tuned well oiled machine it was remarkable. I had no pain or discomfort during or after my root canal procedure. I would recommend you and will recommend you to anyone needing oral surgery. Again thank you very much

I needed two root canals. The first was an emergency and they were able to schedule me within one hour that very same day to perform the root canal. The process was nothing like i had imagined, it was painless and completed within an hour of my arrival. The doctors and assistants are very pleasant and they followed up with me after both visits. I was referred to Annapolis Endodontics by Dr. Larry Epstein for a root canal. From the initial phone call to schedule the appointment and receiving the best care possible from Dr. Quinton Miner Jr., I was greatly impressed with the service that I received. The staff members are very friendly and polite, doing everything that they can, from the moment walking into the door until the appointment is finished. Dr. Miner is very pleasant, took the time to explain everything that needed to be done. He ensured that I wasnt in pain throughout the whole procedure. Hoping that I will never need another root canal done again but if I do, I will not hesitate to make another appointment with Dr. Miner.

I have to tell EVERYONE, Dr. Berman is the BEST!! And Im not just saying that. I had to get a root canal on 9/11/2017 and I was afraid i was going to lose the tooth. Dr. Berman assured me, that he got this and the tooth was going to be fine. When I tell you that I felt NOTHING!!! I did not feel a thing!! He is the most amazing, gifted, compassionate, understanding, has the best chair side manners, so down-to-earth....I dont recommend anybody else, BUT DR. BERMAN and I mean that!!!! He is THE BEST!!!!

Dr. Berman is highly skilled and knowledgeable. Has a wonderful “chair side manner”, a very good person, with sensitivity, compassion and empathy. He saved my tooth, which really would/should have been lost. Dr. Berman works fast and precise, so that’s a real plus for me as I’m anxious sitting too long in dental chairs. He’s an honest upstanding man that will help anyone in need of his help, including emergency appointments like mine was. Dr. Berman explains everything throughly, making sure you understand. You can ask any questions too...he takes time with his patients, which is greatly appreciated.I also went to him with what turned out to be a gland problem and not dental related. He immediately knew what it was, then referred me to the best doctor to resolve this issue.....and that referral turned out to be superb! I highly trust Dr. Berman.As for his office personnel and dental team, they follow his leadership and example. I can’t give enough compliments and thanks to this very kind, personable, helpful and highly knowledgeable team. Thank you Dr. Berman and team! (This is my “for life” endodontics group. I won’t go to anyone else. Highly recommended!)

I had a root canal yesterday and Dr Berman had me in and out in less than 40 mins. I liked that he gave me updates as we went along so I knew how much longer I had left. Overall I am very happy that I went to Dr Berman.

They did their job. Nothing more, nothing less. Bonus points for taking dental insurance.
