Requested Pasadena office again, second time we were redirected to Riva Rd. ZERO sense of privacy upon check in with office staff giving no regard for who was in waiting area. ANYTHING said in the office area could be heard. Absolutely freezing throughout!

I had my wisdom teeth removed here. The bill, after insurance, was ~$1,450. I received the bill, and paid it in full.After the bill was paid in full, the billing department made an adjustment because of a mistake they made, and tried to bill me another $9.97. Months later, they started leaving me voicemails, threatening to report me to a collection agency and ruin my credit, over $9.97, and a mistake they made, even after I had already paid the $1,450 bill in full. After receiving the threatening voicemails, I had to call them and explain that they should probably waive the additional $9.97, which they did. 1 star. (should be 0)The doctor is very nice though.
