There is simply no other way to put this but he’s it and that’s that! He and his team are simply awesome! Extremely skilled in his field then add Incredible personality and people skills - a much needed combination when you’re dealing with a dental phobia patient like me. I’ve referred him to several people / family members who also love him just as much as I do!My husband was waiting for me in his office one day... another lady was talking to him about Dr. Jones. She referred to him as “a rock star”. He simply is that good!!!!!As long as he’s in practice he’s my guy! I’d give him 100 stars if I could!

I highly recommend Dr. Jones. I am very dental phobic patient and at the age of 34 i have waited way to long to get my wisdom teeth out. Dr. Jones was very personable, knowledgeable and helped put me at ease. Surgery was quick and I have recovered just fine. I also wanted to give a shout out to his assistant Brittany, she was very helpful and friendly. While no dental procedure is fun by any means, it does help to have an oral surgeon you can trust.

Dr. Jones is superb, dont look any further for an oral surgeon. I have had several teeth removed, without any problems. I would highly recommend Dr. Jones for all oral surgery. I had to go to AA Medical Center for my teeth removal because of medication allergies. Dr. Jones will do what he says without complications and that you can bet on.

Dr. Jones extracted a tooth for my husband. He did a fine job. Office staff not so fine..I will look elsewhere is we need more dental surgery.Since August I am still unable to get them to submit appropriate notes on procedure to allow insurance to approve the claim. I guess they have their money...they are not interested in me. This is costing us about $300 plus. We had to pay for one part of the service upfront because most insurance doesnt cover it. I knew we had good insurance so I figured it would all shake out. Insurance company said they would cover it. Allowable amount is $320. Of which we might pay 30 to 50 %. Office charged $590 so they dont want to submit the correct note stating this is not for implants, even though the doctor agreed no implant is necessary.So they ignore my request for corrected notes. I have called 3 or 4 times and been transferred to alternate staff. It will cost them $270 in fees. It will save us that $270 plus whatever the insurance pays, $160-234, so a nice savings for us. This is why we pay a lot for insurance. I have to rely on them to submit correctly. If he needs more work we will look elsewhere for a dental surgeon.

Just had my wisdom teeth removed (all three of them), and Dr. Jones alleviated all my worries about getting an IV (I have a terrible fear of needles). He even asked if I wanted to get any laughing gas which really melted away the pain and anxiety. Took very good care of me and would definitely recommend.

Dr Jones was wonderful! He took his time numbing me for my extraction, and kept checking to make sure I was doing ok. He explained the procedure, and talked me through the whole thing. I did not even require pain medication afterwards. His warm and friendly approach made my experience a positive one. I would highly recommend him to anyone requiring oral surgery needs!!

Amazing doctor. I drove 2 hours just too see him. No problems and he makes things easy, smooth and personable.
