My son has been going here since he was 7 Months old, he is now 5. He has had speech, OT, PT, Pelvic floor Therapy, and sees one of the physical medicine doctors here. The front desk people are fantastic. My son loves them. I will not go anywhere else for his care.

Originally we were scheduled to see another doctor and ended up getting someone else because the original doctor had a family emergency. The doctor spent maybe 5-10 minutes looking at my son. She watched him walk, run, and looked at his feet. She didnt seem concerned. I tried to engage her in getting more information about what was wrong with my son, but she just isnt an effective communicator. She pointed out things I already knew, however, and more importantly she didnt explain what that meant. I was told that his condition could be corrected by wearing AFOs, but the orthoticist told me that only his feet are corrected when wearing the AFOs and it is not a cure and will not fix his condition. You would think that the physician would tell you this during the consultation, but she didnt. I thought her lack interest in my child meant his condition wasnt as big of a problem as I thought it was, but turns out its a lifetime condition that will not really improve. Part of being a doctor isnt just knowing the medical stuff, but being able to relay that information to the patient or the patients family. I took my son to a specialist who worked at the prestigious U of M, but I left feeling like I could have gotten better treatment at an Urgent Care.

The therapists are wonderful. They have been working with my daughter for over 2 years. Very caring and compassionate.

My granddaughter received help from several therapists at this location. They were all amazing and did a great job with her. We are very happy with her progress and believe that they made a significant contribution to her development, as well as helping us understand how to help her when she is not in therapy. The front desk staff is friendly, courteous, takes a personal interest in the children and does their job with lots of patience and generosity. I highly recommend this center.

Therapy was mediocre. The therapist could not bill correctly. She gave exercises for nerve/neuropathy issues but did not use it to get services covered. The lack of help and experience with billing was dealt with poorly. Follow through was also poor. My son was sick and no calls were made to make sure he was ok. The check in stafff are rude. I am a nurse so I have seen the ins and outs of this business and I am truly disappointed. Even more alarming is when the physical therapist said that usually people dont get the bill until months later. This is very scary because if services are not covered , you will get a huge shock when you get the bill over $2000. Even scarier is that it will skyrocket each visit as therapy goes on and on.
