I had psychological testing done at this facility. I was told to expect results within 4 weeks. Now, 3.5 months and a lot of pestering later, I still don’t have my results. Very poor communication on their part. Very disappointing.

My name is Gabrielle. I was a patient at Therasupport from March 2018 to Sept 2018. I feel it is my duty to let the public know to never bring their loved ones to this rehabilitation center. I have a TBI, bipolar and a myriad of other issues that came up from a car accident that I was in in 2010 when my car rolled down the highway 7 times.During my time at this clinic the program director Geoff Byron and my case manager Debbie Berryman were extremely abusive telling me that I didn’t have a brain injury once my car ins stopped paying and they had to fight for the benefits. I had gone through MRI’s , cognitive testing and there was more than enough evidence I had one. Debbie Berryman also made nasty comments to me about my mental illness that were due to my car accident. They told me constantly how disabled I was and how I could never do anything, they gaslit me. And once I was denied by social security for the second time they kicked me out of the program because they knew it would be a fight to re apply and get money out of the ins co. All of the clients are miserable and want to leave. Geoff Byron did so many unethical things to me that I don’t think I’ll ever recover.Please I ask that you reconsider taking your loved ones here . They put on a good front, but once you get in there’s nothing but mental and emotional abuse.
