Excellent customer service. Have ordered from Healthcare DME a couple of times. The first time the product wasnt in stock and they worked with me until it was available several weeks out. The second time I had a question about my online order which I submitted via the chat. They responded timely. In my experience, replies to inquiries submitted online arent always made.

I have worked with several medical suppliers in SE MI, and none was as helpful, empathetic, flexible, compassionate, knowledgeable or as understanding. What the heck?I picked up a DME script there last week. Kind of sketchy and I was unsure, and they assured me everything was HIPAA safe and I was in the right hands.Today, i got a call about my computer being hacked. the only thing i have that can even access the internet is my mobile.When i asked them how they got my number, they outright said Shaz Kadwini (not sure how the last name is spelled) at Healthcare DME in Michigan.Not gonna lie, very sus. So i asked them to give me more information about my “Windows computer” and they started spitting off information that would either have come from my doctor in Canada, or this place.And I just moved here…Do not trust the indians that work here. they are obviously selling your information to random scammers!!!!! Do not believe all these good reviews, they are paid to lie!!!

Since switching to Healthcare DME we have been extremely happy. My husband uses a bi-pap machine and they always have his supplies in stock, there is no delay, and we are always in and out of the store quickly. At our old supplier we would have to call, wait on hold for a long time, and order supplies and wait for them to be shipped. It was a frustrating process. I’m so happy we switched!

So helpful! After spending all morning at urgent care Healthcare DME was the only place open on a Saturday. I rushed in 5 minutes until closing. The gentleman were so helpful- calling the urgent care to get a better diagnosis code so my supplies would be covered by insurance. They never once acted bothered that they should have been on their way home.

After being left high and dry by the Medical Equipment Company at SJ Michigan Orthopedic Center, I searched the internet for who was open at 530 pm on Friday.Google search guided me to your company. A phone call later, I was on my way from the Dr. Office. The staff assured me they had the equipment I needed and was going to stay open until I got there. Your Team had the brace out, ready to go.It went very smoothly, gathered my information without question being nearly after hours, and submitted my claim to my insurance company without preauthorization, had the supervisor approve it, and offered to pay for the brace up front if needed. They said the insurance company would contact me if there were a fee to be collected.Your staff took the time to submit the authorization, and fit me for the brace, without any hassle.The staff was terrific. Very happy with this company and would highly recommend. I had to switch companies unexpectedly after my old supplier went out of business. Despite the fact that Ive been using a mask for over 7 years, they took the time to walk me through the proper operation, maintenance and care, and even taught me things I didnt know. Well done!

I have a sleep apnea machine and this is the best medical supply company I have dealt with. They have great customer service overall from just simple questions, reordering supplies and billing. But the top of the list was speed of service. I got my new machine in 7-10 days compared to other companies saying you had to wait 3-6 weeks. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The staff at Healthcare DME was very helpful in researching and then securing a CPAP cleaner that I wanted to give to my husband for Christmas. I hadnt been able to find one locally, but Healthcare DME had one left in stock and James was very accommodating and held it for me. He even contacted the manufacturer to verify that they had the correct adapter that I needed for my husbands machine. I will definitely use Healthcare DME again.

Company could not convey correct information, Gabe me a quote for renting a hospital bed, even took my credit card information only to call me back and say they don’t do rentals. Very inconvenient as I had canceled another delivery scheduled. I would not suggest calling them if you want accurate information.

I first went with another DME provider that told me it was going to take 2 weeks for me to be able to even schedule an appointment and would be about 6 to 8 weeks before I get my BPAP machine. I thought that was too long so I called my sleep doctor and asked if they knew about any DME providers that could help me faster. My doctor recommended Healthcare DME and I am so glad I made that call. Instead of waiting 2 WEEKS to schedule an appointment, I had my appointment scheduled within 3 HOURS and my appointment was three days later! Then, when I showed up for my appointment, the tech that assisted me was very helpful. Every part of my machine was explained to me and he didnt mind me asking a bunch of questions. I walked away from the store very happy. I would recommend this provider to everyone.

First off, the staff is super friendly and professional. This medical equipment store has a variety of equipments. I had broke my wrist, the same day I went to Healthcare DME with my prescription for a wrist brace and I was taken care of in a matter of minutes. They work fast and efficiently providing the best service I have had with medical equipment stores. Not to mention I was also very happy with the quality of my wrist brace. I have come to them for boots as well for when I fractured my ankle. I would highly recommend this place.

Just awesome! I needed certain type of oxygen face mask for my fathe who is very ill. The gentleman who assisted me on the phone knew just what I needed, found it and even offered to make special arrangements for the store to remain open on a holiday so my parents caregiver could get it. UPDATE: The owner or manager of the store called me a few days after this happened and apologized over and over. He accomodated my schedule and worked with me on getting what I needed and couldnt have been nicer!Healthcare DME of Ann Arbor absolutely refused to give me my new CPAP equipment unless I attended their 1 hour training class and who knows how much extra they are charging the insurance companies for this and just writing it into cost of equipment. They had the equipment there and my insurance had already authorized it. I told them I could read instructions and watch a UTube video if they didnt have time to show me. They expected me to take time off from work to take their class. I work M-F from 7-3:30 AND THE LAST CLASS THEY GIVE OF THE DAY IS 3pm. REFUSED TO LET ME PICK IT UP ON A Saturday because they dont do class on Saturdays, even though they are open on Saturday. Taking my business elswhere and reported to my insurance company and the Better Business Bureau.

They rented me a wheelchair and it broke within 2 blocks of pushing my mother in it. I called and told them and they told me they wouldnt refund my money. So many other places to get medical supplies and rent mobile equipment. Everywhere else is cheaper and better. I have never been treated so horribly. Not the place to go.
