Kyra Rieves has the most outstanding customer service skills. Every time I call with questions she is eager to assist. She is compassionate & knowledgeable about her job and assisting clients. Its always a breathe of fresh air knowing she is on the other end of the line to assist in ordering supplies for my daughter.Thank you!!

I am so impressed with the service I got here. I called my insurance to find out what my options were for medical equipment suppliers and CareLinc was one of the 3 options listed. I gave them a call on a Thursday to ask about the process and they told me having my doctor fax over a prescription was the easiest route. My doctors appointment was on a Friday morning and I provided my doctor with the fax number for the Ann Arbor branch. I received a phone call from CareLinc during lunchtime to confirm my equipment choice and they took payment over the phone for an optional upgrade and confirmed my shipping address and insurance information. They said insurance was usually quick to authorize and my equipment would probably arrive Tues or Wed. IT CAME ON SATURDAY! Hardly 24 hours after my doctor faxed over the prescription. I will definitely use them again if the need arises!

This company lets their drivers drive without concern for other people on the road. Truck number 281 speeds and passes other drivers with on coming traffic almost creating an accident. Then they dont even address the issue they have the review removed. Shady company!

Just a note to say how much I appreciated the service from Kyra Rieves in helping me get my CPAP supplies on an emergency basis July 26. My CPAP headgear had broken and she found me a new one. Kyra was genuinely friendly and professional.

Please do not order or get anything from this place.They sat on my prescription for a week when I called them a week later they didn’t even start doing anything on my prescription until I called a week later.Not very PROFESSIONAL AT ALL 0 STARS

This place really takes customer service to the next level. Kyra Rieves has helped me tremendously in obtaining a breast pump through my insurance with Carelinc. I could not have asked for a better person to assist me with everything she has done the past week to ensure I received the correct breast pump. She goes above and beyond the call of duty and for that I will make sure that I refer my family and friends to Carelinc for Medical supplies.

They now call you from an untitled/unlisted 888 number about supply refills (even on the weekends). The automated system asks for your personal information immediately. I’m not giving my birthdate to a random, unlisted machine. So I looked up their number and called customer service. I asked them to take me off of the call list. I then asked to be connected to the people that would refill my supplies and was told they’re closed.How is it ok for them to bother me on the weekend but it can’t be reciprocated? It’s a poor business practice to have a machine auto dial people in my opinion. Med equip never did this before Care Linc bought them. I’ll be looking into other suppliers and consider a switch.

Make a long story short, the staff is great: efficient, friendly and highly trained and professional. Above all Kyra helped me like I was her family. My rx was sent to them this morning and she moved persistently to help me. I am going to pick up my cpap now. Then she called me to inform me that I need to contact my doctor to get the settings changed on my new cpap. She went above and beyond. They’re all great there. I’m grateful.

Update: A corporate head called me and they really want to address the issue. They helped me right away with my technical problems and gave me the full story on things. If I dont update this review in the future, that means they have addressed everything to satisfactory... but Im glad they responded and will try to fix things.Dont get me wrong... the customer representative, especially Kyra, is GREAT! They really care about the customers and try to be fair to us... but the company is just horrible at investing in everything else. Their technology is horrible (machines like fossil) and their inventory is full of equipment thats less durable than what youd find elsewhere. The worst part is the technicians are SO BAD with communication... not only that they seem to always brush me off whenever I have some problems. They already gave me a second machine and absolutely will not admit that they havent updated the firmware (software on the hardware) on my machine so Im missing a few of my favorite features. Im seriously about fed up with this company and their techs who just dont communicate with me. I literally have to chase them down at least 3x if not more just to get them to call me back... and this was BEFORE the pandemic... either CareLinc is not getting enough of them or they have a horrible culture with their techs.

My daughter needed a nebulizer an kyra referred me to careLinc she also reached out to my daughters doctor to get the prescription and to get things ordered and shipped out. The nebulizer came within two days she also followed up within those two days to make sure I had received everything an to make sure everything was working. Excellent customer service.

My experience with the Ann Arbor office was pleasurable. The customer service I received was excellent. The representative name was Kyra and she went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and would receive everything I needed.😊

I have had so much trouble getting cpap supplies from this company from both Ann Arbor and Grand Rapids, including a long wait to get the cpap machine and several incorrect supplies after. If you do go here there is one person who seems to get things done, her name is Kyra.

Great experience ordering my DME with carelinc. Chatrise assisted me with one phone call and the rest over emails. It was so easy and she was able to answer all my questions. She even had my DME shipped out the next day. Highly recommend.

After the U of M Health Systems MedEquip outsourced med supplies to a 3rd party, the first company suggested responded to my efforts to contact them. I was then directed by my doctor to give CareLinc a try. I spoke with Kyra out of CareLincs A2 office who was both responsive and customer oriented. My personal experience was a 5-star. Thank you!

I contacted Carelinc after UofM Medequip shut down. In March, they sent a man to my house to change out wheels on my walker, as one is totally worn off.. He brought wheels that were the wrong size, so was unable to do it. I called the office several times, to see if they could order the wheels, when they would arrive, etc. THe office staff is very nice and professional, but would always refer me to someone who was always out of the office, and i would leave a voice mail, but never once got a call back . I called them back, again, and was told they would get my walker, repair it, and give me a loaner. This past week, they were supposed to be coming to my house to pick up my walker. The first day, they failed to show up or call me.,then called the next day to say the delivery people had my address down wrong,and they would come on Friday, from 1-5. Again, no one showed up or called.My advice to anyone. Their office staff is very nice, but dont call them if you need a fast response. Thank God, i was able to borrow another walker to use, because mine has been broke since March and ive been waiting for them to help me since then. It is July now.

I’m not a patient of Carelinc, but I am a CPAP user. My wife works in DME and I figured she’d be able to answer questions I might have. She helped a lot, but when she got tired of me asking her, she lead me to the most attentive, knowledgeable, CPAP guy I’ve ever met at her company his name is Michael Welgosh he had more knowledge than the company I’m currently with. I mean he talked to me as if he used a CPAP himself. However, I’m strongly considering Carelinc as my new provider. It’s great to know you have employees working there who Genuinely care about people and their medical needs. That’s what I call living up to the name “CARELINC”
