I first heard about them through one of my clients who is a Pilates instructor. They were looking for some updated website photos. I decided to take some one on one classes. Both Tamara and Heather are amazing instructors! As a wannabe Triathlete I have been working with Heather now for quite a while doing one on one Gyrotonics! I can not express how much I have learned about my body and the changes that I have noticed in my training. Anything I go in with I feel like Heather can fix it! Or send me in the right direction! Working on my health and fitness has always been an issue for me. Everything always seems to come first! But, if I do ever cross that Ironman finish line, I 100% know that that will have a lot to do with everything I have learned from Heather!! I highly recommend this studio!
