Balance Massage is awesome. The front desk staff are friendly and professional. COVID precautions are taken very seriously and i feel very comfortable and safe when Im there. All of the therapists are highly recommended but my favorite is Sarah. She has just the right touch-very kind, knowledgeable and professional. If you are looking for a wonderful massage experience i would definitely recommend checking out this place!

I have been coming here for my massages for the past 3+ years and I wont go anywhere else! I would recommend anyone that works here. They really listen to how you like to be massaged and where your problem areas are. This place is clean, professional, and peaceful. Ive had a few prenatal massages here during my pregnancies and they were also great! Cant recommended this place enough!

This is the most accommodating massage place with the BEST services. They have many different therapist each with there own special skills. You WILL be able find someone that will give you the massage style you want. There prices are great and they run many special through the year to prepay for a even better value. They even offer couple massages if you call ahead of time to reserve the space. They make sure not only you feel good after but most of the time will inform you of stretching that will keep you feeling great.

Ive received here before, front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. Today I was here to take continuing education for my Massage Profession. Class size was perfect and I was able to get more one-on-one instruction when I needed it. And the information I received definitely will benefit my clients in my own practice. Thank you for offering more courses. I plan on returning to take them.

Hmmm... I used to come here a lot, and I still recommend it to people just because its convenient and I know they can usually get people in same-day. But the last time I had a massage there it was my birthday - like, day of - and they didnt do anything for me. Thats kinda weird. A 10% off would have been nice, at the very least!

I used to work here a few years ago and did not have a good experience. However my boyfriend didnt know this and got me a GC for a massage. I knew from my past experience that at least most of the massage therapist were really good.I will not use the therapist name because that is unfair, however I will say not to go here. The therapist worked on my shoulder and provided way to much pressure, now causing me to have extreme pain and discomfort almost on a daily basis. The therapist also used really cheap lotion causing my skin to itch very bad afterwards. So not only was I in pain and am STILL in pain, I was itching over my whole body! I had to go home, take a shower, and apply really good lotion, and take ibuprofen. Unbelievable terrible service.I worked with the owner numerous times so she will probably deny this happened. However this is not some upset former employee speaking, this is a client that paid good money for a massage and was injured. I am writing this review so that more people are not hurt. Stay away folks. Stay away.

Love the setup, all the rooms are cozy and quiet. Variety of staff to choose from. Priced just right! Only negative for me is they dont use the Mind Body app. I love being able to schedule on my own.

Today May 7 I had a one hour full body massage with Laura as therapist. As a veteran of having massage work for many years I found Lauras massage quite unique, very helpful and enjoyable. She did a wonderful job. As a footnote I have had many good massages from the talented therapists at Balance Massage. I have benefitted from every one during the almost 2 years i have visited Balance.

Very much enjoyed my massage. Great relaxing atmosphere. Easy to find, easy parking. Cute little stores in town too!

Feb 7 my massage was very good I felt relaxed and wanted another hour. Next time Im getting the 90min massage. I will recommend massage balance to everyone I know. Made another appointment for the following week. Thanks Taylor

Balance massage is a great place to go for a relaxing yet affordable massage. The staff are friendly and accommodating to your needs and they provide helpful reminders and tips into keeping good posture and stretching after your massage. Reminders like these show that the staff are engaging with their customers.The rates at Balance massage can be quite affordable when bought during their happy hour price group. Normal prices not during happy hour can feel a bit steep but nothing too bad.I would highly recommend this establishment for people within the area; people who don’t mind driving for a good price. You will find a relaxing yet affordable way to de-stress. Parking is a bit scarce and rooms feel a bit little bit bland and not inviting... but just sit down and get the massage already!destress destress destress... chill.

Horrible customer service…scheduled a much needed couples massage & while waiting in the lobby was told our massage would have to be cancelled (2 minutes before our scheduled appointment!!!) due to one of the therapist no longer being available. And all we got was a 10 beans gift certificate for Moonwinks Cafe in exchange for the inconvenience of driving to Ann Arbor in rush hour traffic & missing our massages. No offer for any discount on future massage, therefore, will not being going there anymore.

I had Chris and she was great -- very relaxing, devoted the full hour, and pressure wasnt so deep that it hurts.

Ive been going to Balance for 5 years. They are very selective about the skill levels of their staff, so its hard to have a bad therapist.
