As a social worker, Ive referred many individuals & families to HWCG. In my experience they are absolutely dependable & reliable, and consistently provide an impressive level of quality, kind and compassionate personal care. Management staff always aware of patient/family/staff needs.

We have serious reservations about this organization. With a handful of exceptions, we found the care providers unprofessional. They lacked adequate orientation, training and supervision. They often showed lack of initiative and had to be reminded of basic tasks. My parents were in their 90s and we did not feel that we could leave them with the aides, without oversight. The aides spent an inordinate amount of time sprawled on the couch, glued to their iPhones. Some had reprehensible behavior that we reported to their supervisors who did not promptly respond to our concerns or would accuse us of being rude to their professionally trained aides. One star feels too generous.

Homewatch Caregivers have been one of several caregiving agencies and private caregivers weve used over the last several years, and I would definitively rate them as the best. They are by far the most reliable, most consistent and highest quality caregivers we have worked with. The office staff is compassionate and understanding, and consistently go above and beyond to fill last minute requests and have at times personally covered shifts when their caregivers called off. Providing care for an aging loved one can be challenging and stressful. Homewatch Caregivers of Ann Arbor understands that and always does their utmost to make things as easy and stress free as possible for their customers, while providing quality care for those in need.

HomeWatch is always great to work with when attempting to meet my clients needs. They have been able to staff fairly quickly and work hard on matching my clients with approiate caregivers. When there are caregiver issues HomeWatch is quick to get them resolved. This is a difficult time for everyone with the shortage of quaility caregivers but HomeWatch continues to provide excellent care. I look forward to working with HomeWatch in the future.

I worked for Homewatch Caregivers Ann Arbor, MI. about 2 years and resigned in 2017. This positive review is my own choice. I had previously given an unfavorable review due to a mere misunderstanding. They truly are an excellent Caregiver Company. I was not coerced to give this review. As a Christian, I felt in my heart God wanted me to make this right. I feel this is right and happy to do this.

Earlier this year, we were put into a position where we needed to secure 24/7 care for a family member on very short notice. We contacted several caregiver agencies (including Homewatch of Ann Arbor). Homewatch was the only one that came through in the timeframe we needed them to. Further, they bent over backwards to accommodate unanticipated changes in the period of time we needed service. Their caregivers were competent, pleasant and thorough. I would highly recommend Homewatch of Ann Arbor to anyone who needs a responsive and reliable home care agency.

My mother is 92. We found Homewatch after using a number of other services previously. She relishes her independence and Homewatch does such a fabulous job that she is able to still live in her own two story home! They do a great job of matching their aides to the wants of the client. My mom wants someone who she can talk to. She was a teacher of Economics at the U of M and wants someone who is aware of current events. But we want someone who will clean and cook too. We love how Homewatch actually listens to us. We are a raucous, stubborn loving family.

Office Staff is excellent and the hours are very flexible for my schedule. We hold ourselves to the highest standard of home care, and I feel like everyone works as a team to accomplish this each day. I have enjoyed working for this agency and I look forward to continuing to do so! Thank you!!

Iam an employee of homewatch. The managers are very supportive of the staff and make every effort possible to assure the clients are well taken care of. They provide several learning opportunities and hands on training to optimize the care of the clients. Iam proud of the agency i work for. They have quarterly staff meetings to assure that we are all team members for the clients. The agency is very supportive of the alzheimers association and participate yeatly in the local alzheimers walk.
