Wow, I truly cannot say enough about Sherry at this Ann Arbor location. I called in late on a Friday afternoon having just left the hospital, 9 months pregnant, and in desperate need of a nebulizer to keep me out of the hospital again that weekend. Sherry stayed after 5:00PM closing time until the doctor’s order came in and insurance went through. When I was able to pickup my nebulizer, she was so kind and patient. She explained how to use the machine in detail and never gave any indication that I was keeping her there late on a Friday night... Because of her I was able to avoid the ER that weekend and begin my breathing treatments at home. Thank you, Sherry!

I have been with Health Care Solutions for several years now. There were some small issues early but were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.The people there are customer friendly, personable, and knowledgeable.

Very poor customer service.Played with my cpap machine for almost 3 months before replacing it under warranty.Havent ordered from them in over a year.I changed to Binsons, much better service.Still getting multiple phone calls monthly from generic cpap supply nope its Lin care which owns Healthcare solutions.

The worst service. Have been told twice that prescription for my CPAP machine has been submitted to the insurance for approval. They still have not submitted the prescription. I am a first time customer. Im going elsewhere. Wish I could have given no star

Same story as the others...total run around, techs saying they’ll call and they never do its a shame that this company is in the chain of my health care. If And when I find a better alternative I will post here so other people can avoid the nightmare.

Wife is a stroke survivor. She tore a ligament in her stroke foot (right side); then she tripped and broke her right arm. Her right side already had enough damage as it was from the stroke.Doctor wrote a script for a wheel chair; and we made the mistake of having it sent to this company. We had to jump thru hoops to get the chair in the first place; then they gave my wife a used chair which had the bearings on the right side going.My wifes PM&R doctor was very upset with that chair that she was given. He asked us to return the broken down chair; then he would help my wife get a better chair for her safety.Do not take your business to this so called company; there are better medical equipment supply companies to choose from.

This company is horrible. I had to get a CPAP machine because i stop breathing 74.1 time per hour while I sleep. I was told that they were putting a 72 hour rush on my machine because my apnea was so severe, 2 weeks later and after making many calls, I never heard from them. I switched to a new company and they arent that much better. Why be in the healthcare profession if you are not into helping people with their medical issues? So sad I cant give less then one star.

I have to deal with the Grand Blanc office, to process the order with my insurance company, then arrange for fittings in Ann Arbor office. I have never dealt with such incompetence in my LIFE! Grand Blanc receives the order, then tells me they will have technician return call. They never do. I call back. Theyve lost the order. I get upset. After multiple times on hold, Jodi miraculously says she will process the order...why couldnt she do this the first time I asked? THEN she says she will call Ann Arbor office to tell them the order is processed. Ann Arbor office doesnt call. Days later I call them. Get an apt. with technician. Go to office which is a chair in a bare room. People walk back and forth never asking if I need help. I finally get someones attention and they ask if I made an apt. because I cannot be seen without an apt. I say, yes I have apt. They look for tech who is somewhere in this poor excuse of an office, no receptionist and others who work there seem to hope you just go away! I would change the name to Hellcare Solutions. I am also sending these comments to UMHS. This is the 3rd time this whole comedy routine has taken place!
