The Ann Arbor location off Washtenaw is phenomenal. The staff is so helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. Its always a pleasure and a comfort to know all of my questions will be answered, and I wont feel at all pressured to get more than I need. Tyler and Cameron have been particularly wonderful, and I appreciate all of you :)

The customer service is superb! You get one on one assistance from an employee, who stays with you, shows you everything they have in what youre looking for, explains the differences between each brand or product... The employees there know absolutely EVERYTHING there is to know about every product in the store. They do NOT engage in trying to upsell or to get you to buy more than what you need.

Love it! They sell homeopathic remedies including Boiron and Hyland brands... Huge selection here! Helpful service and clean store, lots to look at but neatly arranged. Online shipping is free with $25 purchase. More selection online but the kind lady said they carry 8,000 in store. Recommend!

Return policy is written in stone of 30 days. Dont expect them to bend the rules just a little, because they wont. I was only 4 days late over the 30 day return policy. They wouldnt budge an inch. Company rules, they say. What happened to good service? What happened to pleasing the costumer. Its bad service in my opinion. Im out of around $40. Not happy at all!

I went there on September 10th because my Amazon order did not come to my house on time. not only did they carry the item I needed but when I told the manager that my problem was I didnt get it on time from Amazon he matched Amazons price. Regular price was $17.99 and he sold it to me for $10.71. we need more stores and people like that. completely satisfied.

Knowledgeable but poor service. Only one person, the manager waited on people. She asked me what I needed. I was there for a refund. She walked away and waited on other people who came in at that moment and continued to serve other customers as more walked in, keeping me waiting at the front desk. I waited for a total of almost 25 minutes, if I add the customer who was at the front desk before me, who offered to allow me to go first, which I refused, didnt think it would be fair to her. The service was impersonal, I felt like I was talking to a machine, a robot. A zero for personal service.

Extremely friendly staff in very eager to assist you plus they have reference material for any vitamins or minerals that she wanted get a little additional information on which is helpful.

I get my vitamins from there service is great along with the knowledge the people have working in the stores.

Prices lately last few years are a lol higher than gnc..but you get wonderful products and service by Heather!..the store layout is lovely..and its bigger than gnc and has more products...just needs more chains or franchise stores in this area.

I went in and spoke with Tyler, he felt really knowledgeable and made it a great experience for me by sharing his experience with protein powder and telling me why brands he recommended. The prices were great too, better than amazon!

December 2nd 2016, I was in this store purchasing some items as gifts for a family member who is into health. I had everything on the counter, ready to purchase. An older white male, greyish white hair was ringing me up. The total was near $100, and he asked me to donate money to a charity. Unfortunatly, today I could not do that, so I simply said not today and he leaned down to eye level, looked me directly in the eyes and asked again. I said to him Wow, I feel like you are trying to make me feel bad for not donating today and he replied with No, If you want to be cheap, that is your business - i was embarressed, and angry and I put my money back into my wallet and left without purchasing anything. I WILL NEVER shop at this store again.
