Our family has found this to be the best local retail pharmacy in the Ypsi-Arbor area. Members of our household have several chronic conditions managed by medication. This location usually has in stock and filled the same day. On the rare occasions that it has not been, there is generally just a couple days delay. Staff are knowledgeable, patient and show that they care. The drive thru is helpful albeit not easy to access from a mid-sized car-seems like it is geared more for larger vehicles.

My doctors office called in a prescription on a Wednesday afternoon. That night, they told me they didnt have it in stock. I couldnt make it in Thursday night, but wasnt planning on taking the med until the weekend anyway because of side effects. When I came Friday to pick up the prescription, they told me they hadnt filled it and they had flagged it because for some reason my insurance had a $1300 copay. The high copay isnt their fault, BUT WHY DIDNT THEY CALL ME TWO DAYS EARLIER TO TELL ME?! I would have had two full days to talk to my actual doctor to figure out weekend treatment, but instead I was left talking to nurse at the call center over the weekend.I wont be coming back.

Worst phone service EVER... UNBELIEVABLY RUDE...After waing on hold for 10min I was greated with ya know we close in 9 minutes, I said Im calling in for a pickup tomorrow....but we close in 9 minutes.... I dont care when you close...DO YOUR JOB, YOURE STILL ON THE CLOCK....Ill call management tomorrow, but I cant believe how RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL this guest agent was. Completely unacceptable.

Scripts are never ready. Ever....and they have the longest wait times. Very disappointing.

They dont have their act together. Cant contact providers or insurance quickly, dont have drugs in stock, and the service is slow. Definitely wouldnt recommend.

Professional staff and great selection of name brand and off brand items.

They never have medications ready on time, even after giving us a reminder call. For one prescription pickup, i have to make 3/4 visit. I will take all 4 of my family members to another pharmacy! Guess they do not care!
