Jes is a phenomenal trainer for core strength, mobility, cardio fitness and more. Shes one of the most positive and supportive trainers Ive worked with over the years. Ive seen her work with pro athletes, older clients and in 1-1 or group settings. Her knowledgeably nutrition is also super helpful.
