They were quick with my covid tests, are open late and on weekends, and I have no complaints. Also, most of their services are more affordable than other places

Dont go here if you dont want to get covid. I sat in the waiting room for 2.5 hours to get sutures after slicing my finger open... In the same waiting room as all the patients waiting to get covid tests.However, the Nurse Practitioner who stitched me up did a great job.I just will never ever return to this urgent care due to the wait time and high covid transmission risk.

I would not recommend. The Dr. Ameen had horrible bed side mannersand was more interested in charging for covid tests, billing you then telling you to see a specialist.

Zaid was the best nasal swabber I’ve ever had. Super friendly and made this experience a memorable one. I will definitely return to this location and request Zaid if I have to get tested again. He got me and my friends in and out so quickly. Zaid is the GOAT. Exudes confidence and charm.

STAY AWAY!! This place is HORRIBLE! You just end up waiting around for 6 hours waiting for them to randomly decide you can come inside. They lie about wait times, change patient orders, or just push you back till they feel like taking you. The place is super sketchy with little to no protocol or order. I think it works nice for college kids needing quick medical papers filled, but don’t go for anything serious or take your kids.

MASSIVE WASTE OF TIME. don’t bother considering this location as an option for anything. Went in knowing I had a sinus infection considering I get them regularly. Waited over an hour for this man to look at my throat and push on my face and tell me I need to go home and take some allergy medicine. The infection has spread into my throat and lungs. He asked me nothing relevant to my situation and barely examined me. He was in the room for less than 5 minutes. I’m in excruciating pain and used my only day off work to try and get help. This place is beyond useless.

This place has to be one of the most poorly managed health care providers in Ann Arbor. They kept pushing times back, taking patients for the same care out of order. Continuously. Times were asked to be clarified several times. They ended up making us wait for four hours and then denied us testing. They are the only place in Ann Arbor that offers rapid Covid testing but it seems like they hand pick who they think is worthy of being tested. Absolute joke. The staff was cool but the doctor was an absolute pain, rude and a liar. Also they had IDs face up on the counter so request yours back immediately.

I’ve never in my like experienced such an unprofessional urgent care. I originally went in for a breathing treatment due to an Asthma flare up I KNEW I was having. They ignored my request, gave me a chest x/ray and claimed I had an “pneumonia”. He rushed everything and sent me on my way. I literally went to the emergency room 2 hours after leaving this place and was diagnosed with a viral infection which caused me to have an active asthma attack. THIS IS THE BEST PART!!! While at the emergency room I explained to them what had happened, the Doctor told me that “ that’s the worst Urgent Care you could’ve went to” I was so surprised, but he was right. I was having an active Asthma Attack in front of the Doctor at the urgent care and he did nothing but send me off with prescription that didn’t help at all!!! Again I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS URGENT CARE!!!!

Dr. Ali is the greatest, I went to 2 other doctors, 1 at u of m and the other at Chelsea St. Joseph Emergency neither of diagnosed me with a bacterial infection, they sent me home telling me it was a viral infection an I would just have to endure it with pain meds. I felt like I was going to die. After some steroids and antibiotics from Dr. Ali I am feeling much better not even 24 hours later. Love you Doc!

Just dont. Just dont even stress yourself out with going to this establishment. Youre better off going anywhere other than right here.

Shout out to Ziad for the great service yesterday he’s a gem in this clinic.

The doctor was condescending and spoke to me in a demeaning manner. His actions also bordered on malpractice.I went to urgent care for an external ear infection. He looked at my ear and said that I needed a combined steroid and antibiotic ear drop. I kindly explained that I preferred to try antibiotics first and add the steroid later if needed. His body language and demeanor changed and he was clearly highly agitated and disturbed by what he likely interpreted as a challenge to his ego but was, in fact, simply my interest in having a say in my own health care. He explained that I really needed the steroid drop then condescendingly emphasized that he would be sure to write the prescription for an antibiotic drop only without the steroid because that is what I wanted.I picked up the prescription at the pharmacy and, before putting it in my ear, read the label. It was a steroid drop only without antibiotic - exactly the opposite from what he said he did. Upon reflection, there is no doubt in my mind that this was not a mistake.The next day I was able to get in to see my primary care physician who thought I needed an antibiotic drop (without steroid) and he ordered me the prescription accordingly. I used the antibiotic drop and the problem cleared up immediately (I never used the steroid drop).I looked up this situation online and it says that doctors are required to get informed consent before any treatment. Not only did he not have informed consent but he lied and did exactly what I asked him not to do. While I was not significantly harmed by his actions, it borders on malpractice.

My experience at the clinic was decent enough, but Ive been waiting for over a week to get my test results. For the past 3 days different people keep telling me that theyre either not there on record, or the lab hasnt processed them or some equally bad reason and that theyll figure it out and call me back (literally not happened once). Given that I could have a serious problem and that they want to charge me 80$ over my insurance, worst healthcare experience and I come from the third world. Geez

Short story: My experience was demoralizing. Went in for sudden hearing loss, NP told me it was an ear infection and prescribed me antibiotics. I came back to ask some questions a few min after leaving. I was told to calm down, and the NP interrupted and shot down every question or relevant factor I brought up (including that I have a complicated medical history). I didnt feel right about this and went to the ER the next day. I was hospitalized for 5 days and probably have permanent hearing loss that could have been salvaged if it were treated in a more timely manner. This hearing loss is related to an illness I have and tried to bring up during my visit with the NP.More details: NP physically examined me for less than a minute, telling me my eardrum looked swollen and inflamed, and that this was definitely an ear infection. When I was hospitalized, every single doctor who examined my ears said there was no indication of inflammation. When I came back to ask the NP some questions, I was scared and overwhelmed, just wanting clarity and a better understanding of what was happening to my body. I wanted to make sure this was not sensorineural hearing loss (which it was later confirmed as), and asked the NP to help me understand her thought process about determining this was an ear infection. She asked me what meds I was on, didnt let me finish listing them off. I tried to explain my history of being on some intense meds (many of them used as chemo at higher doses). She asked if I had symptoms from a list she repeated to me, none of which I had other than body aches. She told me there was swelling, none of my meds caused hearing loss, out of all of the symptoms all I could give her was body aches, to go home, calm down, and stop reading things on the internet. This was all at the front desk in front of other patients. Ive had a lot of medical trauma in my life but this was really demoralizing and unnecessary. People deserve actual medical care.

Came in to get a quick rapid covid test after working a 12 hour shift. Waited in the lobby from 7:30 pm-10:30 pm to have a 30 second test done. Unfortunately, I never saw the doctor who was working on 8/28 once. The preliminary questions were asked by the tech and the covid test was also taken by the tech. I was told by other employees who were extremely nice and informative that the MD Purposely waits to take covid related patients because he does not like doing covid tests. Another employee expressed her concern to ask the MD what time I would be able to see him because she was worried about his response and reported that He has an ego problem. This doctor either does not know how to efficiently and effectively manage patients in a timely manner (which should be the one thing youre good at when applying for a job at an urgent care.) or doesnt care about his job.

The support staff was wonderful, the doctor on last night was not. It was after the clinic closed before the doctor could even see me and he was clearly in a rush to get out. He didn’t introduce himself, he didn’t ask any questions, he hardly addressed my medical concerns and hounded me about why I hadn’t gotten the covid vaccine yet.I understand that as an urgent care physician, you aren’t there to build client relationships, but it was the worst interaction I’ve ever had. He sent me out the door with a $200 bill and a free sample of Allegra for a potential throat infection and severe neck pain.Never again.

This one is for Zaid at Ann Arbor Urgent Care. He administered my Covid rapid test today and did so painlessly and with grace. Ask for him if you come here for a Covid test, he clearly knows what hes doing.

I will start off by saying that this review is not based on the kindness of the staff. Everyone was very nice.I visited the Ann Arbor Urgent Care because I had a severe migraine and needed a shot. This is a shot that I have received many times in my doctors office and never suffered pain or discomfort from. However, this experience was much different. This shot hurt worse than any shot that I have ever received. It not only hurt during, but has caused pain ever since. This is two days later.Since I had been vomiting for two days, staff suggested that I get IV fluids before leaving. Made sense, so we decided to do it. The doctor did the IV. This too was one of the most painful IV experiences that I have ever had, missed and burst veins in my arm and hand. The doctor just kept pushing the needle in further and further and readjusting it, this is called fishing and its advised against. If a vein is missed it should be taken out and reinserted, instead the doctor chose to fish for a vein causing extreme discomfort. The bruising up my hand/wrist and my arm is evidence of this. With past heart issues and two babies, I have had many IVs, Im not a wimp to pain. However, this was awful. I was already in immense pain from the migraine that I had come with, this did not help at all.Aside from the kind staff, I left with more pain than I came with. Ive never had such an experience with needles in all my life. After the IV experience the doctor told me that hes only ever missed twice and both times were on me. I think not.UPDATE:I contacted the owner and he got back to me today. He was very apologetic about my poor experience and said the issues that I experienced would be addressed. He waved the urgent care visit fee to try and make things right.

I have gone to this urgent care 3 times in the past year and a half, largely because I live primarily in another state, and have no primary care physician in Ann Arbor.This most recent time I went, Dr Saad was my doctor. He provided me the referrals I needed to understand my issue, and when I returned, he took the time to explain his line of thinking regarding the issue, including showing me an educational image of the anatomy to help me understand.I very much appreciated the thorough explanation, as it helped to alleviate some of my concerns, and gave me a sense of what I needed to do to further address the issue.Overall, I am happy with their care and would return if needed. (They also do COVID testing.)

Was dealing with a referral for MRI on pelvis and lumbar and manager Ashley W. lied that she called BCBS to submit the requested information for the MRI. I called BCBS and they told me they never received a call. BCBS is still pending a peer to peer conversation, but wont happen because manager is lazy. Manager is also coward to speak on the phone she just like to have a middle person that goes back and forth. Just go somewhere else.

I had an excellent experience at Ann Arbor Urgent Care. I sliced my finger open on a new knife. I wrapped it and put pressure and drove to the urgent care near my home in Saline, which said online that it was open. They were closing. As I pulled into the parking lot, the two attendants were getting into their cars. I explained my situation. Neither was the least bit concerned nor did they offer to find the next closest urgent care for me as I held up my finger keeping pressure on it. I found Ann Arbor Urgent Care and drove 20 minutes there. As soon as I walked in the door and said what had happened, they took me right back to the treatment room. Well do the paperwork after, the receptionist said. Every person who participated in my treatment was professional and kind. I ended up with five stitches. The friendliness and concern was in stark contrast to the first urgent care I went to. Thank you so much for a job well done!

Went in because I slipped on the banks the Huron River and cut my knee open. Received 7 stitches and antibiotics. Patrick was very kind and compassionate and very funny to talk with. Being a cash patient (thanks Covid), they treated me very fairly and didn’t take advantage of my situation and try to gouge me. Have been back two times for rechecks and they’ve been very thorough and generous (Mo gave me an immobilizer to ensure my knee healed properly ON THE HOUSE because of my current situation). Definitely recommend this place. Quality and compassionate care.

Been here many times for my Covid tests and the staff are incredibly patient considering the amazing workload they consistently have. My mans Nash does the swabbin, he is always very respectful and gentle when digging out the nostrils. Ashley and Sarah up front are friendly and professional bar none.

Saved my life when I needed it the most. Cant remember the doctors name but he told me “i treat everyone that comes in here like my children” he was not wrong thank you for saving my life.

I’ve been coming here for years and I’m always treated with respect. As someone who has the “addict” label in their medical file, you’re labeled for life and you aren’t treated very well. I had a good experience at this location. Their hours of operation were one reason that I went here. They were VERY busy with many folks wanting COVID testing done (as did I). While it did take some time, the staff was working very hard to move people though. The receptionists were professional and courteous even through the constant barrage of patients checking in as well as asking how long do I have to wait or how much longer. I waited less than an hour to be seen which I felt was reasonable considering there we others waiting with obvious injuries who were undoubtedly in pain. I wasnt. Nor was I in any hurry. They gave me a few tests (Strep x 2 and covid) Thankfully all came back negative and I was just suffering a pretty good cold. I would recommend this place. Just be nice and set your expectations accordingly. Be well!

These guys are the best. I was so stressed out when so many places wouldnt let people test for covid19 without showing symptoms, or making appointments or having doctors recommendations for the test. These guys took me and my sister in same day, no appointment needed, no symptoms needed, no questions asked. Not only were they kind and professional, they were also fast about the testing/results. Its less than 24 hours later, and they gave us our results already...I have so much gratitude and appreciation for this place. The way they handled this is the way this should be handled everywhere.

I received such great care from ALL staff members. My Mom passed away and I had a migraine from crying so much. Christle and a young lady PA (didn’t catch her name) took great care of me.I don’t live in the area but if I ever need to go to a walk-in clinic around Ann Arbor, I would always choose this one. I called ahead to see about scheduling a rapid covid test here and no one answered. I decided to just go in hopes they accepted walk ins. I showed up to find a ton of people in the tiny lobby, with no space to social distance. A ton of people were waiting for covid testing. They could make this a lot more efficient and safe if they did appointment testing, but instead they have a ton of people with symptoms of covid all just hanging out in a small room. Additionally, you have to pick up your results in person. So they wanted me to wait at least an hour or so in a lobby full of people with symptoms to get tested, leave, and return in three hours to pick up my covid results. If I were positive, I would’ve been sitting in that lobby for an hour exposing God knows how many people, then leave, then came back to pick up my positive results exposing God knows how many more people. This place is a mess and clearly does not care about spreading the virus considering their lack of protocol.I really don’t understand why they can’t send results digitally. This current process puts so many people at additional, unnecessary risk.

I’ve been coming here for the past few years as I’ve been lucky enough to live across the street. The doctors and NPs are all so nice and I like that treat based on symptoms and don’t make you wait for a prescription. They also take Medicaid Patients such as myself. Couldn’t be better.

The staff at this Urgent Care deserves the world and more. They have been staying open past closing just to make sure people are getting covid tests. Rateebah is a queen and made the scary process of a covid test a positive experience but had a negative test :)

To be truth everything goes well in my appointment, the only detail is that the (female) doctor never prescribed me some medicine for my pain , So I had to call 2 days later. Then a male answers the phone and when I explain all the situation with the ( female) doctor I said “ she said oh you gonna be ok in a couple of days”( which never happened) and then this guy respond to me “ hahaha she lies to you “ . Seriously are you stupid or what ? You CAN NOT make jokes in this professional area. I’m never going to come back again.

The staff were friendly and I was seen quickly, however, I received horrible care. I had lacerated my finger to the point where I could see fat tissue. The nurse practitioner that saw me (along with 2 other staff members) said it wasnt deep enough for stitches. They cleaned it and put a steri strip on it (which did nothing). I was sent out the door with zero discharge paperwork or instructions for home care. On my way out the door, an MA (or nurse, Im not sure) stopped me to tell me she never finished my triage information and needed to take my vitals...this shouldve been the first thing that was done. I called my PCP office this morning and sent a picture of the current state of my finger, the nurse told me I definitely should have received stitches, and that they almost always stitch hands due to the tension. Overall very disappointed and now have to deal with a long healing process.

Walked in at 9pm on Friday night and was seen immediately. The staff was friendly, competent, and efficient. My condition was diagnosed by a nurse practitioner who sent a prescription to my druggist. Two days later they called to follow up and tell me the diagnosis was confirmed by lab tests. I would recommend this facility without reservation to anyone.

DO NOT GO HERE. Use literally any other health care option in Ann Arbor. This place will charge you $250 for a 15 minutes visit because they bill your for extra unnecessary testing without informing you. Shameful business practices and avoid going here at all costs.

I’ve been going here over the past 10 years and I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is so nice and professional as well as being knowledgeable about medical practices. I actually prefer going here over my regular doctor at IHA. Dr. Jessica is great, my son and I really like her!! Sometimes there can be a wait but that’s normal and expected at an urgent care at certain times. They are always so good at prescribing what is actually needed and explaining what’s going on and answering any questions. They were the ones that finally gave my son his referral to a urologist when his PCP could never see it. I feel like they actually care and want to help rather than prescribe and shovel you through.

Went for a COVID test, was told it would take 45 minutes and it took over 2.5 hours. They marked me as done and proceeded to skip me for the following hour despite me checking at the counter several times. The receptionist then told me I lied about my wait time, which is absolutely absurd. I will never recommend this facility to anyone.

I got great care here after receiving mediocre care at a different urgent care the previous day. They did everything they needed to do to diagnose and make me feel more comfortable before going home. Staff was very personable and they communicated everything I needed to know.

I’ve been here a few times over the years with random bouts of bronchitis. The staff has always been great, fast and helpful! I don’t understand all of the bad reviews? It kind of sounds like the patients might have been the rude ones, because I’ve never had anything but polite and professional care. Always recommend to friends and family!

I have been to many urgent cares and this by far the best one I have been to. All the PA’S And medical assistants are very knowledgeable and friendly. Great bedside manner and communication. Definitely recommend this place and this is will the only urgent care I visit from now on.

Many thanks to the nurse practitioner and staff members who work at Ann Arbor urgent care. On a major holiday, I was there this Sunday, for an ear infection. I am a kindergarten teacher and needed to get home to shore up my lesson plans. They were open, happy to see me, and expedient with Service. I have been to Ann Arbor Urgent Care a dozen times, and I have taken my children there as well. I have had nothing but great service. I live nearby, and the convenient location and the terrific bedside manner of every doctor, nurse practitioner, nurse and staff member, is very much appreciated. The close proximity to my home is just a bonus. I highly recommend this urgent to folks needing care. They are also connecting with my U of M doctor, to send relevant reports and perscription information. Fast, kind, thorough service!

Everyone was very helpful, and the wait was short despite the number of cars in the parking lot.Ana was very understanding of my issues and Jamie (assistant) was very competent and nice. I had lots of questions after going to the UM hospital ER the previous day (broken collarbone), and Ana was able to give me answers. It felt way more personal than talking to my ER doctor, who I felt was very dismissive and just wanted to be done talking to me.Overall it was a very good experience, much better than I had at the ER!

I’m visiting from out of town and what started as a cold got much much worse after my flight in. They got me right in, the staff was great and Dr. Ali was awesome. They checked my breathing, made sure I didn’t have the flu and diagnosed me with double ear infections and bronchitis. Knowing I have to fly out today they gave me two shot and prescriptions to try to get me better enough to fly safely. I’m going back for another check today to make sure I’m okay. I’m very grateful for the treatment and care while I’m in a new place. Thank you all!

My husband fell trying to get the dogs home before the storms hit last night. He miss judged the curb and fell forward into the street. Because he was bleeding and had stitch worthy cuts , I decided we would seek out help from AA Urgent Care. Well........everything could not have gone smoother for John. The wounds were cleansed and dressed and two areas were stitched. WE were given supplies for use at home and all sorts of recommendations for what to do until the stitches were removed.John and I felt we were in capable and caring hands. Dr. Ameen came in and didn’t even introduce himself. He then proceeded to briefly examine me, swabbing my nose for the flu without warning. Very unprofessional. The flu test came back negative and I was told that I had a common cold, so I returned the next day. I then developed a fever so I went to EMU urgent care where they concluded that I had influenza A and B. Because of the misdiagnoses at the Ann Arbor urgent care on Stadium, I exposed my clients and coworkers to the flu virus.

I have always had good experiences. This time I would give 0 stars I talked to Doctor Anna Stahl and mentioned to her how I had been prescribed Zoloft for depression Before ( I have been on and off this medicine mainly because of the side effects) Throughout my life I have learned to copped with depression this time I needed a prescription because with my primary it would take two weeks to get an appointment. All she said was sorry I can’t do anything for you while I was talking and trying to explain to her that I had been here before and had been prescribed Zoloft before. She had 0 empathy towards me all while I was crying and not feeling well. I honestly never felt worst after going to a doctor!

I’ve been going to this specific urgent care for four years now and have had nothing but the friendliest and most caring exeperience every single time. The doctors, nurses, and assistants are always kind, helpful, and professional. They have helped me more than I could ever explain. Best urgent care in Ann Arbor hands down! and I would know, I get sick often and have been to a few others. 10/10.
