He was arrogant and condescending. He did not read any of the paperwork sent over by my Endocrinologist. It would of been helpful to know prior to the appointment that I would be in the office for four (4!) hours.

Worse doctor ever. Arrogant, uncaring and unprofessional. Waited 3 hours with no explanation or apologies. Then he acted like he was being put out to even see me. A complete disaster. Would never go back.

My experience at the Kellogg Eye Center was very good. Staff have always been extremely helpful. I was initially seen by Dr. Bixler who referred me to Dr. Victor Elner. My surgery did help my eye condition and thankful to these wonderful doctors.
