I love Dr. Desai and her team! I’m a nervous person about going to the dentist, but they made me feel so comfortable there. Everything is so clean. I’ve been there three times now, and I’ve never waited more than 5-10 minutes. They really do treat you like family! I won’t go anywhere else now.

My previous dentist cancelled my cleaning appointment due to a covid-19 exposure in her office, and couldnt get me in for another 6 months. Thankfully Westgate Dental was willing to accept me as a new patient and fit me in one week after I called to schedule. X-rays and cleaning were very thorough, so I will definitely be returning.

Dr. Desai is so nice and very knowledgeable. They make recommendations for your optimal treatment plan without being pushy. You know upfront what your costs will be and it is very reasonable, would highly recommend. Beautiful facility as well with TVs in treatment rooms. Added bonus for sure!

Very happy with my experience at Westgate Dental. Never thought I would actually say I had a good experience at a dentist office. I had not been to the dentist in 10 years (cringe, I know) due to low income, no insurance, slight childhood trauma and not wanting to be judged. All my fears were listened to and addressed with compassion. Women led, upfront, honest with what I need and how much it would cost while working with me on the best plan for me. Highly recommend.

Everyone at the office has been wonderful start to finish. They all take extra time and extra care. The hygienists and Dr. Desai are very communicative about what they will be doing, and check in with me often on how Im doing. They make every effort to make me comfortable. Today I had special last-minute scheduling restraints, and they all worked well with me to make sure I could finish up a bit ahead of schedule. I appreciate the whole staff very much!

Similar to others im sure, it had been a little bit since I had been to the dentist due to the pandemic and I had quite a few cavities, but they did a great job explaining each step of the process to me, I was able to make follow up appointments to get them filled in a timely manner, and Dr. Desai made quick and painless work of getting the job done! I especially appreciated her being so accommodating to my needs as a patient! She made sure I was comfortable, despite fillings not being the most comfortable experience! I had a great experience at Westgate Dental this morning. I felt safe with all of their protocols, and Jessica did a smooth and comfortable job with my cleaning. Everyone there is friendly and professional.

I haven’t been to the dentist in over 10 years due to bad dental anxiety. The hygienist was so great with me! She just acknowledged my anxiety and didn’t make a big thing out of it. She just told me what she was going to do, and that she was going to chat my ear off about her life. She did and I never knew how much that would help me. It was great and it was all over so quick I was shocked. I’m so glad I finally picked a dentist to start this process to good dental hygiene and I’m so lucky I found Dr.Desai!!!

Stylish decor and Roku TVs in all the patient rooms show that they value the user experience.4. The entire staff has been both friendly and personable with every visit. On two occasions I’ve dropped in off the street to make an appointment and was able to do so in 60 seconds or less.5. Most importantly, it’s very clear how competent and caring Dr. Desai and her team are. On my last visit, I had a long overdue cleaning, 2 fillings, and whitening done. My teeth are pretty sensitive, which means I can get a little jumpy when the scalpel and drill are going. Per my request, enough anesthetic was applied to really numb my mouth and teeth. When the work was complete, I could feel the difference in my mouth from the cleaning, and was very happy with whitening results.

Dr. Desai has been one of the best dentist Ive had. She is very caring, positive, and knowledgeable, and she allows me to know I am receiving great care. As someone who intially shadowed Dr. Desai to becoming her own patient, I truly admire her careful work, care for her patients, and ability to help people feel right at home. Additionally, I love that Dr. Desai takes photos of each teeth and explains how things are looking during initial check-ups/cleaning. Thats something unique that Ive never experienced at a dental office; actually seeing how my teeth looked and understanding how I needed to take care them allowed me informed and be a part of my care which I really appreciated. The team there is also great. Everyone is very friendly, and the front desk members have helped me to easily know how much insurance coverage I will have for different procedures etc. Ive also been doing Invisalign with Dr. Desai, and its been going great! (As a fun fact, a large TV and Neflix is also available in each room as distraction, if going to the dentist feels intimidating :)) Overall, Id 100% recommend Westgate Dental to anyone looking for a dentist!

I started coming here after moving from a small town where I had the same dentist for 20 years, and I really love and appreciate the family feel this place has! After my first visit I had mentioned that I was getting a puppy & the staff mailed me a card to congratulate me on the new puppy! It was a really thoughtful gesture and is just one example of how this office goes above and beyond for their patients. This office is always clean, the staff are friendly, they follow COVID-19 guidelines, and they do a fantastic job taking care of my teeth!

I just had my first visit with Dr.Desai. Both her and her staff were friendly and helpful. The first time fees and x-rays were more affordable than anywhere I could find in town. My appointment occurred right at its scheduled time, there was not a wait. When it was discovered I would need to revisit to fill some cavities they helped to make a plan for the re-visit that fit my work schedule and that I could afford without insurance.

We were referred by my daughters orthodontist to Dr. Desai, and I am so grateful. she took wonderful care of my children, then I made an appointment for myself. Dr. Desai is amazing! By far the best dentist I have ever been to. I came in as a referral by someone else who had a great experience with her and her team, got a filling replaced on my first visit, and the very next morning got an awful 20 year old crown replaced on one of my front teeth. Other dentists had told me there was nothing they could do except extraction and implant, but she looked at it, and said she could re-crown it, and she did! This will change my life for sure! She is so kind, and her whole team is very nice and very good at their jobs. The office is so clean, bright, and inviting. I would recommend Westgate Dental to everyone, because Im sure shes better than your current dentist ;)

Being the first time my son went to the dentist there was a bit of fear. He had 2 chipped teeth and we prepared him for the worst. They were so accommodating. Not only was Dr Desai very patient with all my sons concerns and questions, she eased his angst and did the work in the least invasive manner possible. My son has so much more confidence and less fear for any future dental work. We had to pay out of pocket due to insurance problems and they worked with me to find the best options. All the staff was friendly, considerate, and thorough. Also in these times of social distancing I felt very comfortable with there approach to keep the space clean and safe for all parties. I will continue to use them for my family dental needs.

I just want to start by saying this place is phenomenal. I am not one for the dentist, and am easily scared when it comes to going to them. That being said this establishment and everyone from the staff in front to the doctors in back did a fantastic job. I started going to Westgate Dental shortly after it opened having moved from out of state. The staff and service have been nothing but welcoming, friendly and of course professional. In my experience so far amazing care (redoing some bad fillings) and thorough cleanings! Its clear there is a focus on preventative care too, I would highly recommend them for any of your dental needs!

I love Dr Desai! My best friend referred me here. I first came here last year with terrible tooth pain, a week before I was set to leave on a cruise..! Dr Desai saw me the same day I called their office, and quickly realized I had wisdom tooth I needed removed. I was so worried my cruise would be compromised but Dr Desai extracted my wisdom tooth painlessly the same day! I was healed and ready to enjoy my cruise 5 days later! She saved my vacation!!! I’ve came here ever since. I’m expecting now and I just had a tooth cleaning done recently and Jessica was amazing my teeth feel amazing. The prices are reasonable and the staff is so nice. Absolutely excellent service. I was seen same day for a root canal that took me three weeks to schedule at my last dental office. Everyone here has been amazing and extremely helpful. Working with me and my budget. My last office wanted to charge me 1678 after insurance. I came here and it cost me a total of 286 (after insurance). I recommend them to everyone I know.

Dr. Desai and the staff are great at Westgate Dental! I had not been to the dentist for 15 years for various reasons and I was feeling nervous about going to the dentist again. Dr. Desai put me at ease, and she got me back on track. I’ve been going to her for about a year and she has given me cleanings, filled some cavities, and she took out my top two wisdom teeth.She is good at giving the break down of what is happening with your teeth and how she’d like to address it. She is respectful of your pain/discomfort threshold. But I never have to raise my hand or ask her to stop because she is good with her tools, she works in this quick but gentle way. I couldn’t believe how well Dr. Desai and her assistant took out my wisdom teeth a few weeks ago. It wasn’t bad at all and everything healed just fine. Great dentist I highly recommend, it’s a great feeling to address your dental health.
