I absolutely love my therapist! I wish she worked for a different company because since the beginning I have had issues with billing and some other resources.When I changed insurance Sollars continued to bill my old insurance company despite filling out forms. To get any answers from billing is a game of tag, and three days they send an email which doesn’t answer the questions and instead solidified that they made huge mistakes.The two couples therapists we used were AWFUL. One was late by over 30 minutes and her suggestion was to watch Tyler perry movies to get perspective. We stopped using them in December- and 6 months later billing was trying to tell me we were still seeing this person.Do yourself a favor and go with a different company.

I first started seeing Carolyn Maxwell. I didnt like that she charged my insurance for a 60 min session when her session were only 40-50 mins long for all of her clients. After offending me for missing an appointment with her, I switched to Bianca Nelson and she is THE BEST! Her sessions are an hour long as they should be and I look forward to my weekly sessions. I do not like that there are no office supplies readily available like Kleenex, hand sanitizer, and complimentary water/tea. Bianca is amazing.
