Ive been watching Dr. Schmidts videos for over a year and in August became a patient of Dr Taggys at his office through their travel package (from California) and I couldnt be happier! The appointments were fascinating, I learned so much and never felt so heard and cared for at a doctors appointment! I couldn’t believe how much better I felt after a week, and now, 2.5 months later, the progress I’ve experienced from following her advice and supplement protocol has truly been mind blowing and I’m so excited to continue this journey with them via phone and in person again. Good Morning Everyone. I have some great new since I have been with the Nutritional healing Center of Ann Arbor. I have been on Keto for 3 1/2 years. After 2 1/2 years I got a Coronary Calcium Score and my readings in my 4 arteries of my heart were 0,0,0,647( This was in my left Anterior descending coronary Artery). After that reading I called up the Nutritional Healing Center. They put me on vitamins and minerals and Xanobac TX. I also eat one meal a day and I do a 5 day water fast once a year. Well, after 1 more year which is where I am right now, I got another Coronary Calcium Score and I have some Great news. I was 0,0,0,398. So in 1 year the Plaque in that lower artery went down by almost 1/2. I was so happy. I think I will get another Coronary Calcium score in about 5 years and see if I am 0,0,0,0.I am so glad to working with the Nutritional Healing Center of Ann Arbor. God Bless You All

This Place Destroyed My Health.I started sessions with Taggy Bensaid at the Nutritional Healing Center of Ann Arbor back in March 2020. I went for some minor health things and she said that my program would be 3 months long, and that from there I could move into a maintenance phase.There were some red flags right away that I (stupidly) chose to ignore: They don’t look at any form of their client’s health history, and they don’t do any blood work. This is probably because they call themselves doctors, but they have zero medical education or experience.For the first month I felt pretty good energy-wise. None of the things I originally went there for had been addressed or resolved, but energy-wise I felt amazing. That’s where it went downhill.For the next 6 months my health rapidly declined. I went from a very healthy person (I’m a personal trainer and nutrition coach, so it’s my job to lead by example) into a very, very sick person.These were the symptoms that I experienced and lived with on a daily basis, and that I repeatedly complained of, in person as well as by email:• Headaches• Nausea• Heart Palpitations• Increased Heart Rate and Racing Heart• Extreme Fatigue• Muscle Weakness• Muscle soreness and aches• Flu-like symptoms• Brain Fog and an inability to think clearly or focus• Short-term memory loss• Insomnia• Anxiety and Depression• Suicidal thoughts• Intense Dehydration• Intense Night-Sweats• Weight-lossThese symptoms severely impacted my life to the point where I couldn’t do my job properly, or study (I was taking some continuing education classes), or on some days, get out of bed.My concerns about these symptoms were brushed aside as simply “part of the process.”Finally, I knew I had to seek actual medical attention. I can never get the last 7 months of my life back, but I can warn others to prevent this from happening to anyone else.

My husband found Dr. Schmidts YouTube channel and had been watching for several months, finding the information very helpful and educational. So when we decided to make a trip to the US in May 2017 to visit friends (we live in the UK) we also decided to book appointments with Dr. Schmidt at his clinic and see him too while we were there. He assessed us both and gave each tailored (bespoke) plans for the health aspects we were concerned about, it was a very, very helpful and informative afternoon. It is now late 2019 and we continue to benefit from Dr. Schmidts advice and information, we both continue to watch him on YouTube to learn more and would definitely see him again, either in person and via his distance consulting. And while we both have improved our health, I in particular have changed my life significantly for the better due to the path Dr. Schmidt set me on. The list of improvements is long and I am so very very grateful that Dr. Schmidt shared his information on YouTube so we could find it and learn. Words really cannot do justice to the positive changes Ive made. It is a very sad thing, could just as easily be anger and betrayal really, that all my life (Im over 60) I kept trying to do the right thing for my health. I try to watch every YouTube posting this man makes. I find them very informative, entertaining and beneficial. For years my wife has struggled with very poor digestion after hearing both Dr. Eric Berg and Dr. Darren Schmidt suggest using Zypan from Standard Process we have given it a try and found the results to be amazing-- after two weeks use she is feeling better than she has for years. I shall continue to watch him.

Dr Schmidt is an excellent doctor. I was deathly ill for six years, pretty much in a wheelchair, and treated mostly holistically for those six years after doctors didn’t know what to do. I found out about Nutritional Healing and started a highlighted fasting protocol when Kaiser told me in June 2018 that, statistically speaking, Id be dead in 2 years from stage 4 lung cancer. Since then the words remarkable and inexplicable have been associated with my improvement. Spots in liver GONE, spot in hip dissipated and main mass around my pulmonary artery has reduced metabolic activity. Im not out of the woods but 1 year into my death sentence I am greatly improved and living pain free. I didnt control what I ate at all for over a year. I moved back to Ann Arbor and decided I needed to change. Kristen told me about a fast and diet that would clean out my body; eat mostly avocados and a green drinks for 5 days and a special ketosis diet after that. I did it to the best of my abilities, while taking the program Kristen gave me, and in 6 days I lost almost 10 pounds (9.5)! I also feel the difference. I feel clean and fresh. Kristen is great at motivating me to do and be my best. I cant wait to keep going with the diet and see what happens.
