Staff is knowledgeable, super friendly and always cheerful. Appointments are worked within your schedule. The might increase their frame selections - would be my only change in the experience.

I received a through eye exam . Dr. Sparks does a really great job. Her staff is efficient, polite, and very respectful of their patients. They seem to care not only for a person’s eye health, but also their overall health in general. Wear a mask they do!

After all the effort to communicate with the office, I was disappointed with how the office solve the issue with the patient. During my kid’s first appointment, Dr. Sparks suggested a second follow up apportionment in few weeks due to my kid’s vision did not reach 20/20. I specifically asked the assistant Jennifer whether the follow up appointment has additional charge and she shook her head and said no. And they want to do a THIRD follow up exam in few weeks because my kid’s vision still did not reach 20/20 in the second appointment. However, after we received the bill for our second visit, I have tried to contact the office ever since to figure out the charge. The office tried to explain how important the follow up exam is but did not address the issue with additional charge. Dr. Sparks said she is not the one who communicated with me so she does not have a solution. Well, as the owner of the business, should she take the responsibility of her own staff member? I felt like they are trying to nickel and dime people and does not take responsibility of their own act. That’s all.

Excellent. This was the most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had in my life. Dr Sparks was very detailed and talked me through everything, explaining options and outcomes. That alone would have been enough for me to happily come back to her every year. The fact that she is a hoot just made my visit fantastic. She has a wonderful, charming personality and I very much enjoyed the time I spent with her during the exam. She will make you laugh.

I followed Dr. Sparks from Derby to Andover, even though it was more of a drive for me, because she’s the best eye doctor I’ve ever had! And I’m up there in years and have lived in many different locations so that’s quite a few eye doctors! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable in her chosen profession, but she’s so good at explaining everything that’s going on with my eyes and why I need certain tests. She’s very calming and super friendly which makes even those specialty exams less uncomfortable. And her staff is equally as friendly and knowledgeable! I would recommend her 100% of the time every day of the week!

Dr. Sparks is a very fun person to be around. She uses up to date technology and shows compassion for her patients. They were able to fix my husbands glasses that our dogs chewed on well enough to use until the replacement glasses came in. It was also nice that the glasses were still covered under warranty.

From the moment you step into Dr. Sparks office you feel well taken care of. Her staff is very friendly and helpful, as is Dr. Sparks herself. She always gives you plenty of opportunity for questions and concerns during your exam and is sincerely interested in you. My husband and I both see her and are always very satisfied. Her staff recently helped him out when he broke an earpiece on his glasses. The staff member just looked through her pile of old glasses and found a pair of earpieces that looked pretty good on my husbands glasses.

From the moment I walked in the door, to the moment I left, was nothing short of enjoyable. The first time was somewhat of a medical emergency with my eye. The second was just to update my prescription. I was 2 hours away from home, working. She got me in late in the day on both occasions, fixed my eye problem the first time, and got me a new prescription the second time, and I could see again. I will most likely make the 2 hour drive next year to update my prescription.
