We came in today to order new glasses for my daughter. Kevin was the associate that helped us, he was super easy to deal with and made sure we knew she could try on as many pairs as she wanted. She is pretty shy with new but she talked with him with no issues. Extremely impressed with his customer service!

Everyone was very professional, asking pertinent questions about health and checking temperature. All wore masks, as did I and taking care to not get too close. A very good positive encounter.

We greatly appreciate Dr Prilliman’s professional, personable manner. She is friendly, courteous, and kind. Does a great job explaining things out of the ordinary.

The thing I like about Grene Vision in Andover is they are very punctual. If your appointment is at 10:00 it wont be 11:00 before you actually see the doctor. The entire staff is exceptional and Dr. Jill is a delight AND knowledgeable AND takes special interest in all her patients.

Love Jill! She is friendly and very knowledgeable! She is willing to sit and answer any and all questions and will even help out after hours or on the weekend! I wont go anywhere else because of her!!

Front office staff are a joke amd needs customer service skills. I went in for glasses one day and call a week and a half later and they told me they would be by the end of the week. I call at the end of the week and they gave me a complete different story - that they were on back order. Really? And it is going to be another 2 weeks to get them? No staff called to tell me there was an issue. I cancelled the order and I called my insurance company and FSA company to report it. Turns out, they charged 40 dollars more than what was supposed to be charged and in 2 charges of the card. Why did they swipe or enter the card twice? Still yet to find that out. I had to have my insurance company override everything because they werent going to reverse it right away. So no glasses, out of money, and it shows that I have already used my insurance. I will never go back to Grene Vision if this is how they want to treat people. Disgusted.

Due to slight miscommunication, we came for an appointment on the wrong day but the Grene Vision team in Andover worked us in between patients. Dr. Hartness and his nurse were very nice and very thorough. The lady that helped us with new frames was extremely patient and made sure we found something we liked. It was a great experience considering we came on the wrong day and we appreciate them very much!

When I brought my four year old in last year he was wearing glasses after Dr. Hartniss did an eye exam he determined he did not need glasses. We came back this year with my now 5 year old and 4 year old and the 5 year old still does not need glasses and he took extra time to measure my 4 year old several different times before prescribing him glasses. I truly appreciate how he works with my kids to get accurate measurements. I won’t take my kids anywhere else. I also go there and he figured out my prescription for what I needed.

Had a minor issue with my eye when I woke up in the morning and they were able to get me in to see the doctor right away. A quick exam/diagnosis and then I was on my way to get a prescription. Had my issue cleared up mostly by the next day.

Dr Prilliman is one of very few doctors that spent more than just two min in the room and when I told her something she listened to what I was telling her and she took care of the problem and made it so much better and easier for me to get the correct lens for my glasses. Thank you very much.

Dr Prilliman is wonderful and knowledgeable. I have never felt like she is too busy to have a personal, relatable conversation which makes the visit much more enjoyable. If there are any year to year changes with my eyesight she makes sure that I understand what the changes are and how I may properly take care of myself. I have visited a handful of optometrists in the past ten years and Dr Prilliman is by far the best, in my opinion.

Dr. Prilliman is the best. My appointment was short and sweet and to the point. She is the only eye dr that helped me get into contacts after all the previous ones gave up on me because I have smaller eyes. I dont mind driving 45 minutes to see her she is that good.

I switched doctors being they were closer. My appointment was on March 23, I then ordered contacts a week later called to find the status and their didnt input my order. Yesterday April 16 I called and they still didnt have them. I am highly unsatisfied
