Staff was very nice and explained information well. They were also honest up front about the wait time for urgent care.

If you come here, make sure you ask your doctor and provider if youll get charged for asking questions. My recent bill from here is ridiculous all because I had a 10-15 minute chat on questions I had when i went in for preventative care.

I called on a Friday morning and asked if they had any same day appointments I was told no, but that they could get my daughter in Saturday at 9:20am Perfect- show up Saturday at 9:15am only to find that they made the appointment for the day before- (the same day I called) so then we had to wait for urgent care- pay a higher co-pay. We waited for over an hour to be seen. This place has really gone down hill.

Doctors and nurses are great, customer service needs about 100 more people hired so the wait times on the phone arent an hour. Just absurd.

My insurance company made a mistake and sent 1/2 of the bill because the insurance company originally thought the M Health Fairview provider was out of network. Subsequently, they sent the second half of the bill. M Health Fairview cant find the 2nd half even though I have the check number and date it cleared. Dane the customer service person didnt want to hear about it. Evidently, to her Fairview never makes a mistake. So, now I have a half paid bill on the account, that really was fully paid.

I absolutely love the people that work for the optometry, but its impossible to get ahold of anyone over there. I was on the phone on hold for about an hour between 2 calls and they were both experiencing an unusually high number of calls, then when someone does answer they have to transfer you over and then it just goes straight to voicemail. I only go here because I have been going here since I was younger but this is just horrible and unreal at this point. Thinking about going somewhere else that actually answers their phones!

I’d be careful going to this clinic. My parents took me to this clinic for years and the level of care was questionable at best. For example,I came in once with a subluxation of the shoulder (the pain was excruciating), and the doctor chastised me for not having a primary doctor and then refused to give me anything but a schedule request for a massage? I went to the front desk with it and they laughed at me. Another time I was worried about hearing loss and constant ringing in my ears and asked the PA on staff for a hearing test. She refused and had the nurse clean out my ears, who then said she was confused why the PA ordered this. This was just the tip of the incompetence. I grew up thinking medical care like this was normal and internalized the idea that doctors either don’t know or don’t care. It’s been hard to overcome this lack of trust.

Front Desk is ALWAYS rude to me. Been coming here for YEARS and in the past 4 I dont think I have had more than one good interaction with the front desk. Wouldnt come here if it werent for my doctor- but might switch clinics because the front desk is so rude.

Moved but used this clinic for about 16 years and love the staff. However, my daughter recently needed a pre op for her daughter for oral surg which required a test for covid. Apparently since the surg wasnt thru them they would not give the test. Is it about the patient or the money?

We had the best providers tonight. The Dr. was great with my 9yo son. He was nervous and she was so kind to him. She showed him what she was going to be doing and that really helped. Tori was also top notch. She made him feel comfortable. You can tell they both love their jobs and they are great at it! My son says they rock!😉

Awful trying to get an appointment for Urgent Care. I called UC number on THEIR website and was met with I dont know how to do that. and the other person answering calls doesnt know either, I think!!!! Went to North Memorial instead. MUCH better experience.

Long waits once you are in the room. Looong waits!

Sat in chair in eye department for over an hour before any doc came in. This is Ludacris to think the patients time is of no value. I suggest for eye care go anywhere but fairview.

I chose to come to this clinic because it was the closest one to me at the time. When I first got there, I was not greeted by the front desk, she was very rude to me. I had mentioned to her that my address on my drivers license was NOT current, yet she did not change it on my file.Received a doctors note from Dr. Mann and my name wasnt even spelled correctly. Dr left in a hurry out of my room before I could even ask him to change it, I went out to the front desk and she gave me a HORRIBLE attitude trying to get it changed when SHE MADE THE MISTAKE!!!!I also mentioned this to the lady at the Pharmacy, when I noticed that the address wasnt changed yet, which she DID take down my address, she said it would be updated in the system.Fast forward two weeks, the address they had on file(an old one) the person contacted me that lived at that house and mentioned that I was getting mail. This is a HUGE issue when I told two people at the clinic that the address was not correct. Just called TODAY to get it changed when I was informed that this was not even fixed in the first place. What a joke.The MD wasnt even an issue in this case, it was the people doing clerical work. What a shame. Do a better job for your patients in the future. How absurd. First and LAST time I will be here.

My kids and I both all see the same doctor. Dr. Robinson has done my prenatal for both children along with delivery for both also. She is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone that wants quick answers!

The front desk is always super rude to me when I make an appointments...I have told them 4 times I need to establish care and they set me up with floating doctors so I cant and then I cant get my medication refilled because of it. I have always had medical insurence and I get to one of my doctors appointment and was told I couldnt see the doctor because I didnt have insurance...but I did and proved it to them the day after and they put in my chart I was a no show when I was there. I really hate this place and dont recommend it to anyone unless they get new front desk people.

I have always had great service at Fairview Andover. The Dr.s are great is as all the staff. They really care about the patients. My whole family goes there and feel the same. I will never go anywhere else.

Can get crowded but medical staff is great. Lab staff are awesome too. Front desk is slow and a bit lost at times.

I went in today to get my finger looked at (I slammed it in a door 2 days ago and it got big). They decided to drain it and used a spray numbing agent. My doctor, Mai See Thao, didnt wait for the spray to dry and used the heated tool. My hand caught on fire and while Im not injured due to the fire, it isnt an experience I enjoyed.That being said, my finger is drained and cleaned.

Set up H&P appointment, didnt have it scheduled correctly, starting doing physical. Changed appt time earlier in the day which was fine, physicain didnt review surgical information need by surgeons office. Husband had to return later same day to urgent care for forgotten lab work to be done. Call next day still havent processed labs waiting for doctor to sign orders. If they are not sent to surgeons office asap, surgery will be cancelled. Ask to call back tommorow to follow up if it was done- I refused to do so!

Worst experience of my life! Im a new patient with anxiety and was given dr. Andrew Oppel. He was rude, condescending and the reason people dont reach out for help for anxiety! I feel worse then when i came and i hope nobody else gets treated by him for mental illness. The nurse just as rude was caughing all over me. There are signs everywhere that say cover your month...or are they so desperate for nurses it doesnt matter if you can read or not.

I wish I could give them no star!!! Bad customer service. I have been here twice. First time, I had to wait over one hour for my appointment. Second time, they rescheduled my appointment because it took the front desk lady for 20 minutes to check on my insurance. They decided to reschedule my appointment because it passed my appointment time. Seriously! it is their fault. I really do not understand this clinic. Be aware of this clinic that you have to wait forever for your appointment and come ONE HOUR before your appointment!!!

Been coming to this clinic for 16 years. Have never had any issues. I now bring my kids here and they are wonderful with them.

I had scheduled a new patient appt for a physical at 7am. Showed up at my appt and receptionist said I didnt have an appt. She said they had called me and left me a vm to cancel my appt. I checked my phone and they called me 5 min before my appt.(during the time I was driving) I asked to see how come they didnt notify me earlier, I live about 30 minutes away. Her answer was that they didnt open until 6:30 and the reason why it was canceled was because Dr Machuka (not sure of the spelling)had called in. Poor communication and bad customer service!

Always excellent! I love this service! This helps me to get where I need to go, turn by turn, just like a Tom-Tom type device, but it is never annoying by saying, recalculating, recalculating... Awesome, Google!!!

The woman in call center refuse to answer calls they lie about being busy to not have to do work and milk the system they need to be arrested and fired for this.

You wait 15 min to be seen another 10 for the doctor to tell you sorry cant help you go see a spine surgeon heres your papers have a nice day no matter how much you cant walk

As another reviewer had said, you wait literally forever for your appointment. You watch people who have checked in after you get called back right away. Its seriously ridiculous the terrible service they have at this clinic. I have been going here since I was very young, but Ill definitely be looking into a new clinic.

I love this clinic and would recommend this clinic to everyone!! I have 3 children (1yr, 5yrs and 8 yrs) they have all gone to this clinic since birth. For anyone that is pregnant, I would highly highly recommend Dr.David Bachman! He goes over and beyond the call of duty and truly cares for you and your baby! He is the BEST doctor by far!! He is also a wonderful family practice doctor for the entire family!! Dr. Danielle Siemling is also a wonderful Peds Dr, again, she also goes over and beyond!!As for the previous complaints about wait times, I have no problem if I need to wait a little longer to see either of the doctors we see. Part of being a great Dr isnt rushing clients in and out as fast as you can, if you want that kind of service, I would suggest you go to a Minute Clinic or a different clinic. These Drs are very caring and will squeeze you in to their schedule which makes their work load harder but they will also take the extra time to explain and cover your medical issues completely. Like I said, I have absolutely no problem waiting because I know that when they come in the room for either my exam or my childrens exam, we will get their complete and undivided attention also. I also work in the medical field (animal side) and I realize that you can never predict where an appointment might lead or the extra time it may require. KEEP UP THE CARING AND COMPASSIONATE SERVICE YOU ALWAYS GIVE AND YOUR WILLINGNESS TO GO OVER AND BEYOND WHAT IS REQUIRED OF YOU!!!

Loved the doctors here... Dr. Semling is awesome !! She sees all three of my kids!! An they all love her ! An she explains everything to me an the kids even if they ask her 1000 questions !! Also loved my OBGYN dr. Raines !! He was so poliet an understanding threw my whole pregnancy!! Would recommend both of them !!

They were very fast and caring with my 4 year old son! We had no wait time and got a same day appointment.

Absolutely horrible service! Tried to get medical records sent to another clinic and the receptionist who helped me was too busy talking to the other receptionist. Further more when dealing with the lady in medical records she kept telling me that this isnt her issue!! Would not recommend anyone to go here!
