The wait was a good deal longer than their predicted wait time, but the service was great. I was tested for strep and immediately prescribed meds that I was able to pick up at the pharmacy a few minutes later.

Took my daughter here out of desperation. Amanda, the nurse practitioner, was incredible. Listened to everything I said, had great bed side manner and was very kind to my daughter. She diagnosed my daughter with something the nurae practitioner at pentucket medical walk in missed Friday night. I will take her to the minute clinic when needed from now on.

Went in with a nasal infection and was treated flippantly. told to take standard OTC meds.. a week later no better and went to a real doctor who immediately put me on antibiotics.

What a waste of time... i made an appointment online, got appt confirmation at 9:48 ( what a odd time). Any ways, I went to the clinic 5 min before. The doors are locked and there is a kiosk to check-in. Pulled my phone to see the confirmation number and no text or email confirmation. So, I was unable to check in.. Waited for 30 min and no one came out of the door.1. Technology failure, no text or email confirmation2. You should know english and how to operate kiosk to check in3. There is no one to greet or check every 15 min if anyone is outside. The nurse locks inside the door4. At the Kiosk, I saw people checking in and the system was giving 15 min of wait time for everyone. So, their estimate is 15 min for patient.I went to walgreens after waiting for 30 min. They are another kind, they say that mass law doesnt allow flu shots for below 9 outside hospitals (it can be false, i didnt verify) . Not sure how CVS gave me appointment first place.Waste of time. I better make an appointment at regular hospital . This is my second aweful experience at minute clinic

Even though I was pre-authorized by my insurance carrier for services, the nurse at this Minute Clinic location personally charged me an excessive amount of money for a 10 minute evaluation. Didnt even prescribe any medication either over-the-counter or via pharmacy. Bad experience!

When in today with a swollen tonsil and got no help, but was charge 164 dollars. What a rip off.
