Wish I would been able to use the gift certificate I was given from my family. I understand not accepting expired ones, but when it expired during covid and I wasnt comfortable going out you dont have to say well we were only closed for 6 weeks! Especially when I asked to even be given a partial credit. I really dont get how someone can feel good about just pocketing peoples money during a pandemic but it really shows the values your place of business embraces.
