Amanda is phenomenal, she checks in at every massage to see if I have any areas that I want her to address. I arrive a ball of tension and leave a Marshmallow!! The Reception is always a warm welcome and clean. I don’t know of any other therapist because Amanda is above and beyond the perfect fit for me. She truly is amazing at what she does and I’m lucky to have found her at Elements Andover!!

I see Jon at the Andover location and it has been great! Overall, the check-in process is smooth and pleasant. Always welcoming. Jon has been great and I have been very pleased with the service and was excited when I heard he was back. Looking forward to many more massages.

My first appointment went well and without issue. I received a call the morning of and I answered all the health questions required by their policy plainly stated by their company. However today, I got no reminder call and no call to verify that I was in the required health guidelines. In fact they didnt call me until 7 minutes after my appoint to tell me they were charging me a cancellation fee. What they dont obviously know is I asked my wife to call yesterday to enquire about an appointment because I couldnt remember when it was. Only to be left on hold. Like any other shady transaction, we obviously wont be using Elements Massage any longer. Shady and inconsistent practices just to get cancelation fees and screw their customers. I knew I was supposed to get a call the morning of my appointment but obviously theres a bigger agenda here. Good luck! You obviously dont need customers or staff because theyre being screw out of making money due to faulty management and follow through. 👍

First off I was overcharged for the massage by a manager and owner that seemed very confused on how to work their computer system. The owner also seemed to be to busy chatting with a friend so I waited while the woman at the desk was confused. The rate was $79 with a promotion for new customers to get $30 off their first massage (sign out front) which would bring it to $49 I also came in with a $35 gift card so that would bring my balance to $14 (yes I know cheap, but please don’t advertise specials you feel uncomfortable offering) they don’t seem to like when you use a gift card as a form or payment. With a balance of $14 dollars and me giving a $15 tip to my masseuse that would’ve brought it to a balance of $29 so I’m not sure why I left paying $60. PLEASE do not offer gift cards for your establishment if you are going to treat a gift card customer differently than a customer paying on debit/credit. I’m sorry for the bad review but I left with a bad taste in my mouth from the way the situation was handled

Professional and skilled massage therapist. I have had many massages over the years and now subscribe to the monthly massage program at Elements Andover. I usually choose to see Tony since in the past he has been able to work out some ailments I have had getting me back on track. I’m looking forward to my next massage and it will definitely be with Elements Andover.

I had a wonderful experience the other day with the front desk staff who helped me understand their great membership program. I also had a fantastic massage by Jackie L with my gift card! Very clean and relaxing.

I have now had two issues with the staff here. The first, my mother came in for a massage and after getting into the room they told her they couldn’t treat her because of a medical issue that she fully disclosed, had not been an issue before or at any other studio. The next, I booked a prenatal massage. The front desk clerk fully understood it was prenatal, she ran through all of the available therapists that did prenatal. I was called by the front desk 15 minutes before the appointment while I was in the parking lot to tell me that the appointment had been booked incorrectly and unfortunately they couldn’t take me. The manager was not able to handle it an any sort of accommodating way. I have never dealt with such incompetence when going for a relaxing experience. I would take her relaxation / medical care elsewhere.

Wondeful experience Jessica at the front desk was exceptional!! She was very knowledgeable at booking my appointment and what each therapist had to offer she is the only one who takes the time to really match my husband to what he needs ! I am ecstatic she is back from maternity leave :)

Ive been going to elements for a few years. There are many good massage therapists here and a few great ones! With sketchiness in the massage parlor business, I like using there services because it is very aboveboard. The membership here does save money if you want to commit to at least once a month visits.

Experience was good, but I’ll never accept or condone racism. From what I heard, employees are treated very poorly and are frequently intimidated and suppressed. Employees of minority are driven out by the new manager by disrespect. Don’t let the smiles deceive you. See something, say something. Ask an employee how they REALLY like it there, and you’ll see what I mean.

Ive been to this Elements a few times with my mother, who is a member. The most recent time was the day before my wedding, and we were coordinating nail and massage appointments for myself, my bridal party, my mother, and my Aunts. The staff were all very accomodating and helpful and gave each one of us the individual attention that we needed. It made for a very relaxing day of pampering for all of my girls!

The massage was just ok. Price is much higher then other places in town that are much better. I was given a “one Hour” massage gift certificate, but the massage was only 50 minutes, even though it clearly was written “one hour”. That part was very disappointing.

Great place for a massage. As a guy who spends a lot of time in a hockey rink, I really need this to relax my back. Everyone who works there is very friendly.

Elements is awesome! This was the first place I ever got a massage, so I dont really have anything to compare it to, but I love it here. Ive been a member for about 6 months now. Ive never had a bad massage there and everyone is very professional and attentive to the clients needs. I have an intensive workout schedule and its great to be able to come here and have the pain and soreness taken away.

Hi I just wanted to first say that it was my husband‘s birthday and I treated him to a one hour deep tissue massage. Unfortunately my son got sick with pneumonia that same day. I called him to see if I could reschedule the appointment for later time ,rudely said no! Then I said he’ll be there just a few minutes late. the lady was so rude she told me that she would do whatever the hour session was left when he arrived and that I still had to pay her the gratuity I put on my card which was a $20 charge on top of what they charge for the massage and he only got 10 minutes worth of massage !!! I didn’t get an apology or reschedule date I will never go to this place ever again! ruined my husband’s birthday ! Warning ⚠️ they only want Your money they don’t care about customer satisfaction!!!!!!!

Came in with a crick in my neck. Greg asked the right questions, identified the problem area, and got me back to within 80% after only 1 visit. Great to actually be productive at work now.

I came in with a lot of pain and tightness in my upper back which was causing me to have chest pains that I went to the hospital for. After my session, I felt almost zero pain! I was a little sore from the nature of my deep tissue massage but he worked out A LOT of kinks and knots and I am SUPER GRATEFUL!!!!

Im from California and twice a year I visit Andover. So each time I get a wonderful massage with Helen. This last time I had a massage by Omayra and I was pleasantly surprise with her technique. Im looking forward to my next visit. I needed a deep tissue massage and that is just what I got.

I scheduled a couples massage for my boyfriend and I on his birthday. We took the day off from work. Our original appointment was rescheduled to later in the day. Then, on the day of the appointment they called to cancel one of us. It was frustrating after taking the day off from work and after planning well ahead that his could happen.

I am a Disabled Veteran with injuries also sustained during a Head-on collision with a drunk driver and a serious motorcycle accident. I cant remember a day in over 30 years thats been pain free, despite numerous evaluations from specialists and various treatments. I have tried massage therapy in the past and it simply ended up more painful. My daughter recently suggested i probably got someone with little experience, that i should give it another chance, so i did. My injuries are way too extensive to think i would somehow be pain free from massage but when youve lived in pain daily for many years, any relief is great. My first session i was told ahead of time i would be sore because my back was not accustomed to it and the therapist needed to find the right pressure.My next session was astonishing, i felt pain reduction and some actual comfort. You may not think its much but after all the doctors, specialists, tests, medication, this was huge. It lasted a f ew days, which is astonishing, so i intend on keeping it up.

On multiple occasions they told me I was late for my appointment even though I wasnt, and tried to cut my massage short.
