Angie is an excellent hygienist, who looks beyond the obvious to deeper possible issues. Dr. Milos Tomaides D.D.S. also considered possible concerns for the future. This office has great special plans for affordable dentistry. I will certainly return for more dental maintenance! Two handicap parking spots are directly in front of the building, which speaks to their ethic of meeting the special needs of all people.

My longtime dentist recently retired, so I was in the market for a new one. I am so glad that I chose Twin Cities Dental! The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. I needed a deep cleaning and my hygienist, Angie, was very gentle.I highly recommend them!

Needed to have an extraction, was able to get an appointment in 2+ hours. Every one on the team was friendly and professional and respectful. Dr. Tomaides did a smooth and painless job. Not too happy about loosing another tooth, but very happy with the way i was treated. Nice work people!!!

Very easy to get a new patient appointment set up and my hygienist was on time, cleaned well, and was friendly. There was a mix up with billing but the woman I spoke to on the phone got it sorted out very quickly and easily. Highly recommend them!

My wife and I had our first appointments at Twin Cities Dental today. Both of us had great experiences. The hygienists and the dentist in the office were all super nice. You can tell that they truly care about their patients. The cleanings were thorough and not too uncomfortable (about as comfortable as a teeth cleaning can be!). We would recommend Twin Cities Dental to anyone.

It was my second visit, both doctors have seen me. I am a new patient there. My experience with Twin Cities dental is amazing. I haven’t been to a dentist in years and they are taking great care of me. My dental hygienist that did my first deep cleaning was awesome, she would tell me a lot of information as she was doing things and let me know what to expect all the way through.To me I’m having a lot of work done there, total deep cleaning of teeth and two extractions which will be replaced with dental implants. My fault for not going to the dentist for years. I have no dental insurance and their pricing is very affordable as they have worked out discounts because of no insurance and out of my pocket. I would totally recommend Twin Cities dental and look forward to my next appointment in a couple of weeks.

Absolutely an amazing experience! Had my first dental visit in 7+ years and they made me feel like I had been going there for years. Everyone working there is super friendly! They have great bed side manners and it was way better than my past experiences! Cannot wait to go in and get my teeth cleaned again!

Efficient, COMPETENT, people-focused care. My teenaged son exclaimed after the first time that everyone was “so cool” and fun to talk to. The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. I needed an emergency filling and they got me in next morning first thing. The dentist was very gentle, quick but through and professional, plus I left there pain free! Id been going to the same dentist my entire life and this was my first experience at a different dentist and I will definitely be going here from now on!

Wonderful staff and two amazing dentist. I would highly recommend to anyone. They don’t school you when you are there but just fix anything that needs attention or is a concern. I recently had a great experience at Twin Cities Dental in Andover. They quoted me a price for an implant to replace a broken bridge, that was half the price quoted by my regular dentist. As it turned out, I had them replace with a new bridge, as, due to a change in circumstances, my insurance was running out, and I didnt have time for the implant. They completed the new bridge very quickly, at a very reasonable price. The service was friendly, efficient and professional. Ive never had a better customer experience!

AMAZING doesnt even begin to describe our experience! I bought a Groupon for my son and shortly after I walked in the door I decided to also switch my dentist. Twin Cities Dentals over the top amazing customer service and level of care (Andover location) is rare. Even my son commented on how wonderful each and every person was. I dont give many reviews and this one was well deserved!

I almost never leave reviews but feel like I have to on this one. I have always gone to the same dentist but since we moved to Andover our old dentist is an hour away so I tried this dental office. They are very friendly and nice however, I was told I had 7 cavities and quoted about $850 to get them all filled. I was very confused as I go every six months to the dentist and haven’t had even one cavity in years. My teeth were not sensitive or painful at all (which if I had 7 cavities I would assume something would). I decided to get a second opinion at my previous dental office where he did x-rays and went through each tooth with me. He said I have 1 cavity. 1! And would have no idea where another dentist would even think I have any more than that one. I was so frustrated that they would try and charge me that amount of money and drill into my teeth when it was not necessary. I will not be returning to this dental practice and caution others to get a second opinion. Saved me $850!

I had part of a filling fall out and knew it would either need replacing or a crown fitting as it was quite a large filling in the first place. I was super nervous and quite panicky about having any work done since I had previously had a bad experience at another surgery but Dentist Milos and his assistant Shelby were amazing. They talked through the procedure for me having a crown fitted and gave me plenty of numbing injections. On further investigation of the tooth being crowned, it was in fact more decayed under the filling than first thought so a removal was necessary. Milos gave me a few more injections for the removal and talked to me the whole way through whilst Shelby gave me some reassuring words and made me feel comfortable. Both have extremely gentle hands when working. Within 10 minutes the tooth was out. Ive since been in minimal pain and plan to return for further treatment. The lady at the reception was also super friendly and great, and gave me a breakdown of costs before any procedures took place. Extremely happy I went to this dental practice!

Though there was friendly front desk staff, and a very kind dental assistant, the Dentist himself was extremely rude and abrasive. I will not go back. Dentists should not shame their patients, nor make them feel so badly that they leave.
