Great thank experience from beginning to end. The staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly. My daughter was sent home well informed on her aftercare and we also received a call the same night of her procedure to make sure all was well. Highly recommend them!

My 10 year old had to get a frenectomy. Dr. Dona and her staff were exceptional. They took the time to explain the procedure to me and to my nervous youngster. The procedure went smoothly with pretty much no down time. We followed her instructions as far as cleaning and avoiding solid/crunchy foods for a couple of days. The results are AMAZING. Dr. Dona is terrific. She is gentle but precise and in my experience goes the extra mile to ensure my comfort, safety, and dental health.

I went in for a dental cleaning this week, first time in a dental office since the pandemic began. I have to admit I was impressed with all the measures in place, it felt very safe. There was no waiting in the waiting room, the front desk staff was protected by a screen and masks, they checked my temperature and I went straight in. The providers had appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment), with gowns, hats, shields, goggles, masks. They had me clean my hands as I went in and before I left, before I touched the door knob. There was no next patient for a certain period of time chosen based on time to circulate the air in the room. I had to do a COVID pre-screen and another screen 48 h later, so they make sure I did not get sick since the visit.It is very reassuring that, as the COVID cases go up again, Andover Periodontics takes the pandemic so seriously and keeps their staff and patients safe. I feel safe going back even as the cases go up.

Dr. Dona performed post-orthodontic laser gum surgery and frenulectomy on my pre-teen son. This procedure could not have gone better. Dr. Dona is skilled, very thorough, patient and personable.
