Been w sharepoint for years they are great for loans or credit cards but horrible with checking accounts since covid has only gotten worse. This location is never open and its the only one in the area then on mobile app only allows 3000$ max a week deposit dumb

If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. We’ll just leave that there. So many other better credit unions out there.

Have been with the CU for close to 25 yrs. Chose not to use OD protection, specified to just decline charges. They enroll me anyway in OD program and rack up the fees. Sick of the games.

Not the most professional banking customer service Ive ever experienced, but friendly and having integrity.

Very helpful people. You may not always get the answer you want but they will never steer you in the wrong direction.

Complete staff change. Lost some very good, friendly, and knowledgeable people.
