I chipped my front tooth and the tooth next to it had a weakened area. Dr. Matthew Bagnall repaired both and you would never know the difference. He was very professional and explained certain items to avoid biting with my front teeth so the problem doesn’t reoccur. I no longer work in the area and live further away, but because of the positive experiences I have had here, it’s worth my driving further!

Ive had really bad experiences at other dental offices that is how I know this dental office is the best around. Managed and run really well from top to bottom. They have excellent staff - friendly and welcoming. I can see that patient care is their number one priority. Im really glad I found this dental office. Dr. Matt has taken care of all of my concerns. He is thorough and knowledgeable. 5 stars! Ive never felt the need to write a review for anyone but this dental office is really deserving of it. bet you cant tell which teeth are real.

The office is run efficiently and friendly. My cleaning was the best. My teeth sparkle and there was no pain. I didn’t have to worry about COVID because all precautions were taken.I would recommend Dr. Bagnalll ‘s practice to everyone.

Poor, poor customer services. Tons of dentists in this town. This one is not worth it.In response to your post, I did not bang on the plexiglass or make any threats. I was told to arrive at a certain time. I arrived and was called a liar for arriving at that time. This is not about COVID protocols, although I could criticize those. I asked for Dr. Bagnall to call me to resolve this situation and he never did. I have been a patient at this practice since 1986 when I was treated by Dr. Bagnalls father. I only wanted to be treated with respect and to receive the dental treatment I had received for 35 years. This did not happen. I only wanted what any patient deserves - respect.

I never write reviews on here but I have to give the Bagnalls a huge shoutout for their care and devotion to their patients. I called the office earlier this week (Christmas week) with an urgent tooth problem. Dr. Matt called me back within a few hours and said How about today at four pm? He and a hygienist took a few hours out of their holiday to literally open the office for one patient to make sure I didnt have an uncomfortable tooth situation for the next few weeks. I grew up with Matt and have been a patient for years. The whole Bagnall family and their staff truly care about the people they take care of. They put the family in Family Dentistry. Wishing them all a happy holidays and a huge thanks from a grateful dude!

I have been going here for many many years. One of my favorites there (Karen) just retired but the one that worked on me yesterday (Sheri) was amazing. The office was very well setup for preventing Covid with shields up at the counters and masks and face shields for all the dental hygienists. Everyone there is just so nice and friendly. Highly recommend.

Bagnall Family Dentistry has provided dental service for my family for 30+ years. Although the office has grown since my childhood, the staff still make it feel like the small homey practice it once was. The staff are kind, compassionate, and up to date on current dental practices. The office is also equipped with newer state of the art equipment to provide excellent dental care. There’s always a friendly, smiling face, and a calm voice to soothe even the biggest of fears. This is an excellent practice who strives to always make their patients a priority and provide excellent care.

Only took 20 years to “find” this family dentist. (Thanks Dawn, for the recommendation!) First appointment today and had the best cleaning ever. They took time to obtain copies of previous xrays and supplement with others as needed. Then I actually had a detailed exam from the doctor. No hard sell. Just thoughful, professional and sincere care. All staff was great and very friendly. I’m so excited to have found a local dentist. Thank you!
