I had to go in for a preemployment drug screen and this place literally treated me like I was a criminal. Very unprofessional and flat out rude.

Nothing like going to a doc in a box and they don’t listen to anything you say. Then they take ex ray that I wait forever to have done just to be told I will find out results in the days ahead. So you go to urgent care to be told that they don’t have any one to look at ex rays they just ordered you to get. Go to ER you’ll get way better care hell go to your local veterinarian they will treat and listen to you better.

First off I would like to say I do not not do this but, I have been here multiple times and each time the women nurses there are very rude. I cone there for women issues 4 times and each time the nurse has had a rude tone and attitude. It’s hard to explain whats going or feel comfortable when the nurse is snappy. I will not be going here again. Very rude and inconsiderate coming from people whose job is to help. I never got the woman name but she made my experience there horrible. Also, I they need to be discrete when patients come and they ask what help they need and want you to yell it infront of the other patients. Overall the employees there have bad attitudes and make the environment unconfortable.

I disagree with your policy my husband came there to the clinic to be seen . You should have atleaset one male doctor on duty to be see patients not all females.. This was not an emergency Daniell Stafford had no right to have him strip and feel him on his below region . You should change your policy asap.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! And I used to work for St Vincent. My husband is supposed to have surgery tomorrow at Carmel for a mass in his right ear. Diagnosed in August didn’t get to see Dr until September 22nd, couldn’t get on surgery schedule until tomorrow ( October 22nd) Called by our Dr’s nurse at4:30 saying that St Vincent Med One had apparently “lost” the swab that they did Saturday and if we couldn’t get a rapid test tonight they wouldn’t do surgery tomorrow! I’m a nurse and have been for 35 years. What if I weren’t medical and didn’t know who to call to get a test tonight? Worst case I’ve ever seen of “dropping the ball” I think the Carmel Surgery Center needs to contract their business out to someone other than Ascension.

Nice Staff, but I will never return, my treatment was questionable.... Better off going to the ER.

Apparently it’s not a “walk in” clinic anymore. I drove all the way down there only to be stopped at the door & asked why I was there. I explained that I believed I have a sinus infection only to be told that they “weren’t taking sinus infections today” and that she was “going to have to fill out a bunch of paperwork” just so someone MIGHT be able to see me later in the week. I left. If I wanted to waste gas & talked to like I was nothing (and nobody was in the lobby waiting), then I’ll just make an appointment with someone else & take my chances that I dont get any sicker than I already am.

Great Doctors, great LPNs, great staff. No complaints at all. For me they have had unbelievable follow-up. Been here a few times and would go out of my way to go here again if needed.

Fast service. Nice doctors and nurses. Good place to go when your in a hurry and need to get to the doc and start feelin better

Always a good experience. A few times the wait was long but that is understandable. Ive brought my son here countless times for ear infections and things of that sort, and his pediatrician is on the other side of the building. This is also the only place that I go.

Amber did a great job taking my COVID test!

My grandson was misdiagnosed recently! Had fever of 101.4 accompanied with a red rash on his face and arms!! Was told it was eczema, and given steroids... After Tylenol being given for 2 days, fever never broke. Took him to ER, he had FIFTH DISEASE!!! This entire time!! (highly contagious in elementary schools) viral infection.

I have personally not been to this office; however I can understand the bad reviews. I applied for a job position here that was posted on Indeed. The position clearly stated my qualifications, along with others, for the position. I spent over 2hrs. filling out the application and MULTIPLE question and tests. I received a call the next day informing me I did not meet the qualifications of the candidate they were looking for!!! I explained to them and read to them, word for word from THE EMPLOYMENT AD which listed my qualifications and license. She agreed with me and stated many others with my same qualifications and license had applied. She then stated she was sorry but this was the way they had to word it!!! WHAT??? Why would you make people fill out a 2hr application to tell them your not looking for them!!!???? I will definitely be staying away from St. Vincent anything. They sound confused to me. CERTAINLY NOT someone to trust something as important as your health to.

The doctors and staff in back were great! The older lady up front with shoulder length grey/blonde hair was extremely rude. Being the first person you see and talk with, you should be nice and friendly, she was quite the opposite. You may consider a different career if you dont know how to be friendly. Will not come back.

Some of the staff, including a physician, lab tech, and one of the nurses, are very unprofessional. I could clearly hear them discussing my sensitive health issues in a negative manner, as well as my family, from the checkout area. They were literally mocking serious health issues that I have, as well as talking about my family, that werent even present. Avoid this place at all costs.They do have a rather clean facility though. I just dont know where they get their manners. The front office staff were very pleasant. It may have been because of the rude things the medical staff were saying about me. Im not sure.I honestly left the office feeling belittled with very little course of action besides writing this review, and typing & faxing a document redacting the consent to use or share my medical information.

The staff were not very friendly and did not make me feel welcome or comfortable. The doctor I seen failed to do the lab work that they claimed they were going to do. Prescribed me 5 different medications without actually finding out what was wrong with me.

Friendly staff up front. Less than 10 minutes wait time. Dr. Reeves was very helpful. I would definitely recommend.

My husband was brought in with a broken rib he felt was stabbing at a lung. 10 years ago he had broken the same rib and it had stabbed his lung and he said it felt EXACTLY the same. He felt he had re-injured the rib. The doctor did not take any x-rays nor even touch the area but decided the rib was fine. Instructed my husband not to do any bending, lifting or twisting for a few days. He explained he had to work that night and it included bending, lifting over 50 pounds and twisting to place the boxes. She then said it was fine for him to work, just no bending, twisting or lifting at home. She was more concerned because his blood pressure was slightly elevated than she was about the rib. His blood pressure, which is normally perfect, was more than likely elevated BECAUSE HE WAS IN SEVERE PAIN. He left without any diagnostic test or pain killers, but he did have a blood pressure prescription. Dr McManmon not only wasted our time and money, I personally feel she is dangerous. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I went in this med check with the a severe head cold and an infected toe. Starting at the front desk, to the nurse in the back that checked me out, to Dr. Kevin Smith I could not have been treated any better if I was related to them. They called in an antibiotic for me and I am on the mend. They treated me great and I highly recommend this facility!!!!!!!

The nurse that was up front was rude and hateful I took my husband there to be checked out me and my 4 year old went to the truck due to she was getting anxious. My husband told me to come back in so I tried and they wouldnt let us back in. Then they told us his blood results would be in the next day (his hand looks like its dying mind you) so we call 2 days later the front desk said the results were in but yet we couldnt speak to a nurse. This place is unprofessional. They need to get on the same page.UPDATE: I WAS TURNED AWAY DUE TO NEEDEDING A ER. I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND BUT TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL AND BE TURNED AWAY BC I HAVE A CHILD NO ONE TO WATCH MY CHILD THEN I CALL BACK TO MED 1 FOR HELP AND THEY STILL TURNED ME AWAY AND I RECEIVED NO MEDICAL HELP. I HAVE CONTACTED A ATTORNEY. LETS PRAY I DONT GET WORSE

Terrible care. Got my TB test done and was told to be back in 24-48 hours by 4:44pm. I showed up at 4:40 and they said, Oh no, it was 4:14. So now I must be poked again. I guess the good thing is that they agreed to give me a free test, but now I must be poked again and wait more time despite the fact that my test is 100% negative. I was furious. A couple of years ago I was there to do an employment drug screen (which came back negative, as always) and the staff was incredibly rude and tried to tell me it had to be done 30 minutes before they closed only because they wanted to leave work early. The drug test total took only 5 minutes. It was probably because it was Christmas Eve, but it was still ridiculous.

Been here twice and each time I had to call back to get different meds because when I say I have a sinus infection thats what it is not just a little allergy. Then I called to check on the status of them getting me new meds since Im going out of town tomorrow and they was so rude. I will drive farther to a more friendly and caring med center. Never going back here

We had to bring in my sick infant and had a great experience. No wait time at all and the doctor and staff were very pleasant and helpful.

We havent had any of the bad experiences others have posted. I have been twice and taken my daughter once. Each time they were very helpful.

Excellent care, best in town. Was hesitant after reading the bad reviews, but it was the best care Ive ever recieved from an urgent care

I went to that place with a flu as my doctor was on vacation I have insurance which I submitted, when I comes to payment I give my credit card then I was charged $120 instead of urgent care $40 because it’s part of st Vincent network that the reason I went there in first place. I turned in the appeal and was denied.If you happen to go there make sure you know how much you have to pay before seeing a doctor .This place is a scam

The best care...wonderful staff!

The lady at the front desk is very rude. If it were my establishment I would change up front desk staff. Its obviously been an ongoing problem for years here according to other reviews.

Very rude and have no empathy for the patients. I went there sick and they really could care less. Never again!!
