The receptionist JENNIFER is a rude woman! She talks down to people like as if were garbage. I will never come here again and I recommend anyone else that doesnt want to be treated as such go elsewhere!

Poor care! Staffed with NP! It’s a waste of your time and money/ insurance. Inside the rooms were visible dirt over the exam tables and floors.

Absolutely ridiculous! Went here for a covid test and they quoted me a 2 hour wait. Because they are the only office with rapid tests in the area I waited. But that was a mistake! 4.5 hours later they got our results back after rudely telling us there were people in front of us multiple time. 4.5 hours for a covid test is insane!!!

My husband waited 3 hours total for a Covid test! They came back with negative test results although he felt symptoms and I ( his wife) was positive Covid. I sent him to New Castle to get re-tested and it came back positive! He felt the technician didn’t swab him properly. They were out of rapid test and she barely swabbed the inside of my husbands nose resulting in a negative result. Please go somewhere else for Covid testing, this place isn’t it!

I was less than impressed with their check in and phone triage system. They require patients to call a number to check-in which includes personal info, insurance info and allowing staff to sign legal papers for patients. Then you are required to wait for one of their staff to triage you via phone. They also ask for a credit card number to put in their system. I dont use them so they gave me a 1 time exemption....many people dont have credit cards for numerous reasons and we live in a world where computer system breaches (hackers) are the normal and unlike many this year havent opted for unemployment! They did not have a physician on site rather a nurse practitioner who unlike some working was friendly and helpful.

Why did I even come here? Experiencing cold like symptoms. They tell me if the COVID test is negative the NP will see me. Well I guess she did see me but not to diagnose anything. She just says your COVID negative. Go take an antihistamine. That’s it. In the room for 30 seconds. A lot of help this place is. Never coming back here.

Evidently when youre coming in even remotely close to close they wont get you in. They didnt ask what I came in for, just that their rooms were full and to go to the ER with what was not an emergency visit. I work long hours and it is quite ridiculous that I cant even get in when needed even though it is a walk in facility.

I went there a couple weeks. I was experiencing cold/flu like symptoms. They called me to come in to be seen and I waited in the lobby for 5 mins waiting for someone to take me back to the exam room. After I got to the exam they tested me for covid and said it takes 15 mins for the results to come back and left the room. I sat there for 35 mins waiting for someone to come back. After the wait the nurse came in and said I was negative for covid and didn’t really do much. She looked in my throat and said what I was experiencing allergies and to get over the counter allergy medicine and it should dry everything up and I would be fine. I tried to explain more of my symptoms because it didn’t seem like allergies and I don’t normally get seasonal allergies in the first place. She didn’t seem like she was listening and said it’s all viral and 9 times out of 10 this is what She sees that comes through here lately. So I gave up and left. When I getting my paperwork the lady at the desk didn’t say a word to me she was talking on her cell phone the whole time. A week after I went to this place my symptoms got worse so I went to the hospital and was told I probably had strep throat. My experience with this medexpress was that if you don’t have covid they can’t/won’t do anything for you. To them if it’s not covid it’s just allergies and you’ll be fine.

I went in here to get my finger taken care of. The nurses and doctor are amazing people. In and out quickly. There attitudes during these tough times were so amazing that i bought them all flowers. We need more people like them in the world today. With love from DuShane family

I went for something extremely scary and the nurse was talking bad about me right outside the door and accusing me of thing i have never and will never do. it is disrespectful and unprofessional. especially in ear shot. and for that i believe i did not receive the correct care and had to spend more money on an ER visit. i was disappointed in the treatment at this facility.

After my experience at this MedExpress on Friday evening, I will never give any MedExpress my business. I came to this location to have a drug screen done for a job, and the representative I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional to me. After she asked me the covid questions, I told her I needed to use the bathroom and asked if there was any way possible I could come in. She told me, No, walk over to Speedway across the street and use the bathroom. I thought that was rude considering I am a patient. If it wasnt for these patients, this lady wouldnt have a job. She cut me short and was overtalking me on the phone, and wouldnt allow me to speak. I asked to her to please let me talk and she told me I had an attitude. I asked her name and asked to speak to a manager because I was even uncomfortable to be in their parking lot at this point. I was put on hold two times for no reason, and the second time I was put on hold, she over talked me and put me on hold without listening to what I was saying. Finally, she let her coworker take over the call, and the lady was asking me all these questions. I asked her why does this matter? Instead of explaining things in a PROPER MANNER, before hanging up the phone on me, she said, Maam, I am just asking because thats what I have to do. She seemed to not want to explain the reason why she was asking these questions, without getting upset. She told me there would be someone out to the car to assist me to come in and then she hung up without giving me a word in. So, I left. Horrible experience and I will never go back to another MedExpress. St. Vincents business is MUCH BETTER THAN THEM. DO NOT GO HERE!

Dont go here they have shady billing practices. I didnt have insurance and paid up front then a month later got a 240$ bill. They do sub par medical care then surprise stick it to you.

I visited this facility from out of town the Sunday after Thanksgiving. The wait was very short, front desk was friendly and welcoming, the providers listened to my concerns and provided me with excellent and expedient care. I was quickly able to get my prescription filled across the street. A few days after my appointment, they even reached out with a phone call to make sure I was feeling better. Highly recommend MedExpress!

This lady on the phone was so unprofessional...she was rude and very disrespectful. On top of that I have been here 3 hours for a freaking test...never again...my fiance came with me and he still waiting for his test too.Do not use this place they do not know what they are doing...

Received excellent care, once I was registered I was seen quickly; however, they needed additional receptionist. I had to wait very close to an hour to get registered. The one receptionist was helping a patient and I believe it was work related so worker’s compensation was involved and was on the phone with them for a long time, leaving the rest of us waiting - this in no way was her fault, I just think if there were two, it might have moved more quickly. Thanks to the doctor I am feeling much better!

Went in with a sharp pain in my side and was treated very rudely, told they were 10 minutes out from closing and that my symptom was covid and they cant help. Ridiculous. Went to emergency room and was diagnosed with something not covid.

Visit 9/20/19, fever, congestion,coughing, etc. They gave me a script for antibiotics and steroids for 10 days. They followed up on Fri 9/27 and I told them I was better but still sick, that Id follow up when script was out if I wasnt healed up.Script out 9/30, still not 100% - called on 10/2/19 and let them know it was better but still hanging on -They cant call in additional script, I need to go be seen again....with another office charge (of course)...Office staff and visit was good on 9/20 - I was impressed with the follow up on 9/27 - but to call in and be told to come in again, to pay them another office visit instead of calling in a few days additional meds to clear it up is an obvious money grab.God to Medcheck instead - they dont pull this.

I specifically said that I have a sinus infection. I told them I needed antibiotics, as that has helped with sinus infections I have had in the past. Obviously I cannot prescribe myself these. They failed to mention at the front desk that they have a policy to not give antibiotics unless you have symptoms for 10 days. They treat you to not become more sick and Id need to go to my family doctor. I cant get into my family doctor for at least 2 weeks. They purposefully didnt tell me they couldnt do anything but zyrtec or a steroid pack...neither of which treat the problem.Dishonest by not telling me up front the entire reason I was there they couldnt help with.

I recently visited for my yearly CDL physical. I have been going there for years. They were busy, so I waited about 20 minutes in the waiting room. The physical/paperwork took about an hour and a half. I plan to continue going there for my physicals.

Not sure why so many bad reviews.... But I can honestly say I came here not feeling well with a chest cold and sore throat and was treated very well and very quickly by the staff. Everything went quick here because there was one other person. If they’re busy I would expect it to take longer of course. I was also treated with respect and concern. I can only guess that the majority of bad reviews are from ones who may not have gotten the drugs they were seeking because the staff was all so kind and caring for a legitimate reason. I would recommend and would return back if needed!

Stopped at this facility on my way home from Louisville KY after visiting with friends. Waited 1 1/2 hours and wasnt seen seen by anyone other than the individual who took my blood pressure and temperature. He obviously didnt want to be there! Needless to say, I got up and left and I will never be going back to this urgent care facility or any other urgent care facility in the city of Anderson, IN! BTW, this was at 11 a.m. in the morning on January 20th, 2020. Whomever the NP on call that day should seek another line of work!

How do you forget to send in someones culture ???? I went there because I probably have lupus and since you didnt send off my culture my wait time to find out has been pushed back. I dont even know what to do about you all except find out if I have it then sue you for not taking care of your patients. I was even there before some other guy and they called him first. You all suck. There might be one person there deserving enough for the job but the people there on the weekends are horrid. Go some where else because they dont care about your health. I had a fever, on my period and not big on pain since my skin had a rash and I might have lupus, they gave me a shot and as Im in the room crying because said shot burns they laugh out in their desk area at me. Pathetic pieces of trash in this building on the weekends. You will never get my service and if you are considering going there, make your life easier and dont. Ill try to update this as to whether or not I have lupus. 🖕🏽

First and last time there!! Went in checked in and person after person came in after us and were seen some even left after being seen. We went up and asked what the deal was with not being seen and they said we dont know it didnt show up on the computer. Common sense says you see me sitting here and YOU check in people after me then see them go back and me still sitting here, THERES A PROBLEM!!!

I must say I was disappointed. My son & I were both sick & with the doctors office full went to MedExpress. There were no other patients in the facility, check in was very slow, the person checking us in refused to assist in checking insurance. I chose to pay out of pocket and had to pay in 3 separate transactions? Which is what they seem to be most focused on, $. The doctor was great & very informative, however the MA was very rude. In the amount of time we were there 3 other people were checked in, seen & discharged for having the same symptoms that we had. $298.00 later I think its fair to say we will not be returning.

I’ve been to this med check before and was surprised by the friendliness from the staff. I never had a complaint, except now. I wouldn’t have complained if it wasn’t for this Nurse Practioner they have at this location. Everyone else is wonderful, warm and kind. But this woman by the name of Britney? Either she has never learned soft skills in life or in her schooling, but you should never speak to patients the way she spoke to me. If she hates her job, people in general, or me (although she doesn’t even know me), I must assume she’s a nightmare to work with too. Good Lord, someone should address her and remind her patients are there not because they feel good but the opposite, last thing a patient needs is a snarky, miserable, human being with an attitude of a teenager on hormones. I don’t think I want to go to this clinic anymore and it’s a shame because the rest of the staff was lovely and the clinic was close to home. I’m disappointed.

Visited this clinic on Christmas Eve, and was not impressed one little bit. I worked at an UC for 4 years and was surprised by the way things were handled. The doctor whom was working was not very friendly nor was the MA, ordered services and then sent us to the ER as they were not able to do anything. Oh, the ER did the same things the UC did as well, so well have two bills for practically the same things, expect one will be worth actually paying for. Very disappointed, and will not return. Positive note, the ER was shockingly a pleasant visit!

Complete joke. Went in a few days ago to be seen and everything nurse took blood pressure, doctor walked in after first greeting me, saying that it was a little high and nothing a little weightloss wouldnt fix... I have busted my butt from December to August to lose 30 lbs, 40+ inches and 4 pant sizes... with that being said, I was a little insulted and in shock explained I lost weight and the doctor immediately goes well keep at it to lose more.... in a jokingly way. I also had Starbucks not even an hour before my visit and that does have caffeine in it. And hes like thats bad for you.... first one in 8 months... anyways, so he checked my ear and throat gave me a script for flonase and said oh some white stuff on your throat.. didnt even offer a strep test. Here I am almost a week later and same issues. Waisted my time, got a call back about if I was happy and no I definitely wasnt. First time and last time there. Was not a fan at all of doctor Wolfe.

The facility itself was great. It was my very first time going to a Med Check and its been more than 3 years since I had seen a dr. About 2 weeks ago now my mother had passed. Needless to say, I personally feel the Dr. had no intentions on helping me from a medical standpoint rather asking questions from seeing my Dr. 3 years ago, than focusing on why I was there in the first place. As I understand grieving a loss of a loved one can become overwhelming but this was much greater than that and that is why I felt it was very important to seek medical help, and not going to the ER. In the end, I ended up having to go to the ER anyway that night, and received the support and medical help that I needed. To be very open and honest on this review, I just have to say my experience from Dr. Lynn was very upsetting and disappointing. If the Dr actually listened as to why I was there, instead of not listening, focusing on my dr visits 3 years ago, and handing me 50 tissues, over and over again, mind that I wasnt sobbing a few tears explaining my situation, bc she didnt know what else to do. This was honestly the worst experience I have ever had at a medical facility, by the time I left I felt more helpless and more overwhelmed than before I walked in. As I stated before I ended up having to go to the ER, whom actually paid attention to what I was saying, and by just looking at my vitals knew that I needed help. I would like to add the Dr at the ER stated when we are going through hard times, feeling very anxious and overwhelmed and in desperate need for help to get through this, what do you do? You turn to us from a medical standpoint and thats why we are here and want you to come to us in making sure you are alright. I did not get this from this place in fact it made me more uncomfortable as I felt she didnt really care about me and my well being. Needless to say I will NEVER come back, and now not only am I paying for the 1 visit im paying for 2. These employees and medical staff need to be more empathetic and listen to their patient and not place judgment on them due to other patients whom go for the wrong reasons and that being their main cause for concern. In my eyes this was very upsetting and feel something needs to be done about this. As I said I will never come back and I will also explain my situation further to family and friends as I wouldnt want them to feel that way bc it was extremely uncomfortable. Thank You.

Was in Saturday to ask why my DOT physical was only issued for a year. A medical professional spoke to me at the window where other patients could hear. I was humiliated at what was said and it was loud enough for other patients in the lobby to hear. I believe this to be a HIPPA violation. Very offended.
