My mother needs her CPAP supplies and her doctor has FAQS the info to Bryant THREE TIMES yet somehow they didnt get it. Also, her doctor has called directly and nobody from Bryant picked up the phone. Based on other reviews, this place needs to get its act together. Some people need these supplies and cant get it because of who knows what yall arenot doing something right. My family is very disappointed.

Not even worth a star! Horrible customer service, rude. A client of my company has had a hospital bed from them for almost a year. A week ago they call and say they are coming to get it because they havent paid. According to Humana, Bryants failed to submit claim/proper paperwork in a timely manner. So because of their screw up, this person will be sleeping on the floor. Please take your business elsewhere, this pharmacy is a joke!!!!

Whoever drives the truck for the company. Needs to work on his road rage. And needs to learn to stay on his phone while driving swerving and not going at green lights. Then getting mad and chasing people down when they decide to go around him legally. But I can tell by the reviews from the business that it probably eint matter. Definitely would never shop there. Because if the employees and owner are anything like the drive of the white logo truck then it’s piss poor.

Same experience as posted from other customers. Customer service is definitely lacking with this pharmacy. They do not go out of their way to be helpful with elderly patients and their needs. No communication and assistance with forms in getting walkers.

If you are thinking about purchasing a cpap machine from here, run the other way. Customer service is horrible. You call and leave a message and it’s days or weeks before anyone calls you back. (If they even call you).

Its either great or awful depending on the day. They deliver my scripts and the drivers are wonderful. However if one cannot be filled theres usually no explanation - its just missing. I went in one day to pick up a desperately needed script and was ignored while they chatted. A man came in behind me and was immediately helped while I stood at the counter stunned. Basically I continue to use them b/c they take my insurance and deliver for free.

If you truly want personalized service and a pharmacy team that gets to know you , then this is your pharmacy. Bryants takes time to get to know their customers and they care about there well being. You wont find a better team anywhere else.

The DME (medical equipment) side of this business is a nightmare to deal with. There is absolutely no communication with the patient/family or medical provider. Multiple phone calls over a significant period of time have gone unanswered. The staff refuse to come to the phone and when you leave a voicemail it is NEVER returned.We currently have an open BBB complaint against this company. Beware....

Staff here is not well trained on returning calls and following thru on a request made in store and was promised that I would be called back. 3 weeks later still no follow up phone call.

Fantastic customer service and great pricing as well. I have been a cusomer here for over 10 years and have always appreciated the great customer service.

Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. 77 year old woman with a broken pelvis has been waiting on a walker for a week now almost. They also have no type of communication skills

Disorganization and nothing but excuse making for the slow, incompetent service in filling a prescription for crutches. The front end clerk even turned medical equipment customers away because she felt too busy.

Great small town feel, attentive and friendly

Called 2 days in a row, put on hold both days while the receptionist was going to put me in touch with someone on the floor, guess she forgot about me. I called rite aid & was helped imediately
