Fail to deliver prescription.

For several years, I have been using this pharmacy for a mail order prescription and I have always always been treated with courtesy. They are, indeed, a professional pharmacy.

I used my HSA card for a purchase and of course it has limited funds. Instead of kindly contacting me about the balance to be paid, the entire transaction was cancelled and refunded back to the card. This caused the card to locked for 72 hours. I requested that they please in the future just explain this to me and place a note on the account, but for the HSA card please don’t just cancel like that. I got only argument back and an explanation that “this is a business and we don’t function that way”. What ever happened to customer service? I will contact the manager owner “Mike” who I was told was NEVER at the business because he owns the business. “Mike” should be aware of this and work with his employees on customer service. I will look to transfer this prescription to another pharmacy for future refills. I would rather pay more for more professional customer service.

Poor experience with this pharmacy. Said they would deliver my prescription on a Thursday and I didn’t receive it until the next Monday.... if I hadn’t called 5plus times then I probably would have never even gotten it. It’s irritating when you NEED your medication and you can’t get it until four days later.
