Their customer services skills are lacking professionalism ... horribly! I call AHEAD of time to ensure my daughters Rx (for a Nebulizer kit) was ready and it was verified that it was. Two hours later I go to pick it up. No one helps me when I walk in ~ i had never been there before and wasnt sure which counter to go to ~ but yet the next two people who walk in behind me are greeted and helped immediately. I was questioned several times because my daughter has a different last name than me. Then, i was redirected to the medical equipment side, the ladies over there would not help me (there were NO other customers on that side). After standing there for roughly a minute, I was asked if i needed anything. I told them I was there to pick up a Rx and she directed me to the pharmacy side where i was just redirected from. I tell her it was for medical equipment and she could recall my calling to verify it was ready but couldnt find the order. She didnt want to enter my daughters information into their system because it would take too long so i could not file it on my insurance. They did not give me the mask as it was written on the Rx because they didnt pull it when they originally filled the order so I didnt receive a mask. This process took over 20 minutes, I was ill treated and they were incredibly rude. I really hope I never have to return here!
