They cancel your appointments too frequently here. It’s annoying and unprofessional. I haven’t had my annual since 2019 and just got canceled again. Then their scheduling doesn’t work out with my schedule either. I’m over it.

Terrible doctor who does not listen and makes big mistakes.

I am temporarily a self pay patient. When I scheduled my first OB appointment weeks ago for today I was told that I would receive a 65% discount. I was told that I would have to pay something up front. When I arrived to check in this morning I was then told that I had to pay $330 up front for this first appointment. I was told I would have to reschedule my appointment because I was unable to pay the entire amount. I was given a new appointment time for March 26th. At that time I will be 13 weeks and no care in the first trimester. I called Jane Pauley’s OB clinic and secured a first time visit for March 18th for a $20.00 copay even though I will be self pay until May 1st. My last pregnancy was cared for through the Jane Pauley OB Clinic. I don’t know why I gave Community OB a chance in the first place. I won’t be going back to a place where money is more important than people.

Can’t get a single person to answer the phone to reschedule my appointment. I’m 36 weeks pregnant and should be going every week now but haven’t been in 3 weeks and can’t get anyone to answer and when someone does answer I’m put on hold for a ridiculous amount of time.
